连接片是螺旋纽带上的连接件,它上面有五个安装孔,其中上部的三个安装孔呈三角形布置,下部的两个安装孔上下设置,并通过穿设在这五个安装孔的连接螺钉与螺旋纽带相连。目前,生产连接片没有检测五个安装孔的相对位置,这样就导致常在安装过程中出现无法安装的情况,为此急需解决上述技术难题。

本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种螺旋纽带连接片安装孔的位置检测工装,其特征在于:包括检测底板(1)和下定位销(3),其中检测底板(1)顶面的上部垂直设有三根上定位销(2),这三根上定位销布置成一个等腰三角形,该等腰三角形的顶点在下;所述检测底板(1)顶面的下部一体设有两个左右并排的凸块(1a),该凸块为长条形结构,这两个凸块(1a)之间上下并排有两根所述下定位销(3),该下定位销与检测底板(1)垂直;所述下定位销(3)的位置与等腰三角形顶点处的上定位销(2)在同一条直线上,且下定位销(3)的顶面与上定位销(2)顶面平齐,且上、下定位销(2、3)的直径相等。
检测时,将连接片的条形部分卡入两个凸块(1a)之间,连接片的其余部分放到检测底板(1)的上部,并使连接片条形部分的两个安装孔穿过对应的所述下定位销(3),其余部分的三个安装孔穿过对应的一根上定位销(2)。若连接片的五个安装孔能同时穿过对应的一根定位销,则说明连接片的五个安装孔相对位置达标,否则相对位置不合格。
采用以上结构,本实用新型能方便、快捷、可靠地检测五个安装孔的相对位置,从而达到质检的目的,且本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,具有很好的实用性。
为了便于制造,所述上、下定位销(2、3)与检测底板(1)为一体结构。
