技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷柜辅助装置，具体涉及一种冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置。
背景技术
现有商用陈列冷柜、风幕冷柜等设备中的蒸发器化霜冷凝水一般通过箱底底部压机室内的集水盒存储，并由工作人员定时取下积水盒，并将收集到的冷凝水倒掉处理，冷凝水不及时排放溢流到地面上，会造成地面湿滑形成安全隐患，增加工作人员工作强度；现有的冷凝水回收利用装置多将冷凝水雾化，雾化后的小水珠极易扩散到冷柜的电路设备及金属表面上，形成电气安全的隐患和造成冷柜柜体的锈蚀。
发明内容
本实用新型提供的一种既克服上述现有技术中的不足，又简单易行具有操作性，又能节省材料成本的冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，包括集水盒、淋水喷头、冷凝器、冷凝风扇；所述集水盒和淋水喷头间的水管上设置增压水泵，所述水管进水口端设置有过滤器；冷凝风扇设置在冷凝器侧方。
所述冷凝器下设置有盛水盘。
所述淋水喷头的喷嘴为扇形。
所述冷凝器的冷媒出口端设置温度传感器，所述温度传感器通过控制器与增压水泵连接。
所述集水盒内设置液位开关，液位开关与控制器连接。
所述冷凝风扇连接控制器。
本实用新型所述冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，当冷凝器的冷媒出口端温度传感器测得温度达到设定数值，且集水盒内冷凝水达到一定的液位时，会触发液位开关，控制器控制增压水泵运行，将集水盒内冷凝水通过淋水喷头喷嘴直接将水均匀喷覆于高温高压的冷凝器上，并且控制器控制冷凝风扇风机高速运转以加快冷凝器的散热，冷凝器下方的盛水盘将承装从冷凝器上流下的水进行自然蒸发，避免化霜冷凝水的滴落在地面上，达到利用了冷凝水节能降耗的目的，又减少现有技术中冷凝水雾化造成的电气安全的隐患和冷柜柜体的锈蚀。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，包括集水盒5、淋水喷头3、冷凝器2、冷凝风扇1；所述集水盒5和淋水喷头3间的水管上设置增压水泵4，所述水管进水口端设置有过滤器6；冷凝风扇1设置在冷凝器2侧方。
所述冷凝器2下设置有盛水盘10。
所述淋水喷头3的喷嘴为扇形。
所述冷凝器2的冷媒出口端设置温度传感器9，所述温度传感器9通过控制器8与增压水泵4连接。
所述集水盒5内设置液位开关7，液位开关7与控制器8连接。
所述冷凝风扇1连接控制器8。

1.一种冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，包括集水盒、淋水喷头、冷凝器、冷凝风扇；其特征在于所述集水盒和淋水喷头间的水管上设置增压水泵，所述水管进水口端设置有过滤器；冷凝风扇设置在冷凝器侧方。
2.权利要求1所述冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，其特征在于所述冷凝器下设置有盛水盘。
3.权利要求1所述冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，其特征在于所述淋水喷头的喷嘴为扇形。
4.权利要求1、2或3所述冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，其特征在于所述冷凝器的冷媒出口端设置温度传感器，所述温度传感器通过控制器与增压水泵连接。
5.权利要求4所述冷柜化霜冷凝水回收利用装置，其特征在于所述集水盒内设置液位开关，液位开关与控制器连接。
