[0002]高分子材料等有机物质燃烧会产生异味、有毒烟气,塑料加工设备生产过程以及其他化工产品生产、使用是、场所也会产生异味、有毒废气。如果不处理这类烟气或者化工废气必将造成严重的环境污染。
[0003]比如,塑料挤出设备的过滤网使用一段时间后,挂有塑料等物质堵塞网眼,为了重复使用过滤网,需要通过燃烧方式去除挂在网上的塑料等物质。由于没有针对过滤网燃烧烟气的专门处理系统,目前塑料挤出企业一般在露天环境下对过滤网实施燃烧,大量带有异味的烟气导致严重的环境污染。

1.一种烟气及化工废气生化处理系统,其特征在于:它包括生化处理器(8)和冷却水箱(3);生化处理器(8)内设有隔板,所述隔板将生化处理器(8)内腔分隔为填料室和生化处理器水室(14),所述填料室内安装有生物填料;出气端的填料室内设有清洗增湿喷淋管(16),该清洗增湿喷淋管(16)的进水端用于连接系统外水源;所述生化处理器水室(14)连接烟气管(12)的出气端;所述生化处理器(8)带有与所述出气端的填料室相连接的烟气出气管(7),该烟气出气管(7)连接有水环真空栗,所述水环真空栗的出气端连接有洁净气体出气管(5);所述生化处理器水室(I4)还连接有排水管(9),该排水管(9)的出水端连接所述冷却水箱(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟气及化工废气生化处理系统,其特征在于:所述生化处理器水室(14 )还连接有溢流管(17),该溢流管(17 )的出水端连接所述冷却水箱(3 )。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的烟气及化工废气生化处理系统,其特征在于:所述系统还包括燃烧室(I);燃烧室(I)的上端连接所述烟气管(12)的进气端;烟气管(12)中设置有喷淋管(11);所述燃烧室(I)的周边设有夹层形式的夹套(18),该夹套(18)连接有出水管(13),出水管(13)的出水端连接所述冷却水箱(3)。
4.如权利要求3所述的烟气及化工废气生化处理系统,其特征在于:所述燃烧室(I)内部还设有锥形隔离板(19),该锥形隔离板(19)的下沿骑跨在所述夹套(18)的内壁板上,并且锥形隔离板(19)与夹套(18)的内壁板之间具有通过烟气的缝隙。
