当今许多灯具装配通过盘头螺钉来紧固零部件，由于盘头螺钉与压面是通过面面配合的，无法保证完全贴合，会存在倾斜状态，引起零部件松动，装配力矩过大甚至导致压面开裂。而盘头螺钉装配不良往往会带来极其严重的后果，如紧固作用失效、振动试验不良等。因此稳定可靠的盘头螺钉压面结构可以给总成灯具带来稳定的性能。

具体实施方式
图1至图4为现有技术中无工艺槽盘头压面的各种示意图。如图1至图4所示，盘头螺钉的螺杆2穿入连接件3，连接件3上与螺头1之间接触的盘头压面无槽，两者接触面大，在实际工程中，两者之间无法保证完全贴合。
图5至图8为本实用新型对现有技术的优化示意图。如图5至图8所示，盘头螺钉的螺杆2穿入连接件3，连接件3上与螺头1之间接触的盘头压面设有工艺槽4，图中工艺槽4的数量、尺寸及布置方式仅为一种示意。连接件的形状仅为一种示意，可以为任何与盘头螺钉连接的构件。
