密封夹从闭合状态到打开状态:单手握住密封夹开启端,用拇指推动推扭(a),压条(1)及下压锁档(f)沿U型推孔(e)轨道移动,压轴(c)受力挤压在U型推孔内的弹簧弓(g),并使其发生应力弯曲,最终下压锁档(f)与锁轴(d)脱开,完成打开过程; 密封夹从打开状态到闭合状态:将被密封物放在压条(1)及压槽(2)之间,按压压钮(b)并用力使下压锁档(f)与锁轴(d)咬合,完成闭合过程;3.根据被密封物受力特点,下压锁档有不小于一档。

1.一种新原理多用途密封夹,包括压条和压槽,所述压条的一端具有连接压轴,其特征在于:所述压槽一端有U形推孔,另一端有固定锁轴,压槽U形推孔内有一弹簧弓,利用弹簧弓的自身弹力将压条的压轴顶在压槽的U形孔内,使压条和压槽可相转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新原理多用途密封夹,其特征在于:压条另一端包含推钮,打开所述密封夹的方式,单手握住密封夹的开启端,以拇指推动压条推扭,压槽U形孔内弹簧弓处于压缩状态,可使压条的连接轴在压槽的U型推孔内小幅度移动,即压条和压槽在纵向上有相对移动,使得压条的卡档位与压槽上的锁轴脱开,完成打开动作。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新原理多用途密封夹,其特征在于:密封夹压条上,紧邻推钮存在一个压钮,闭合时按压压条的压钮,卡档位在弹簧弓弹力作用下可推动压条,使其纵向卡住压槽的固定锁轴,完成密封夹闭合过程。
