本发明涉及一种壁挂式双水箱空气源热水器一体机,尤其涉及一种壁挂式安装、双水箱提供稳定热水的空气源热水器一体机。
背景技术
空气源热水器可以利用它提供热水，是由热泵主机系统、保温储水箱、循环水泵和电器控制系统等组件构成，结构大，使用时，占用的空间过大；对于用户安装使用也比较繁琐。
发明内容
本发明解决空气源热水器上述所说的问题，提供稳定热水和壁挂安装、安装简单、不占室内空间的一种壁挂式双水箱空气源热水器一体机。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明一种壁挂式双水箱空气源热水器一体机包括一体机外壳，所述外壳内压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、膨胀阀、四通阀、风机、采暖水箱、两串联水箱、水箱发泡保温和所述部件连接铜管。一体机采用两水箱串联，把冷凝器散热盘管安装在两水箱中，实现两水箱更好的换热，一个水箱底部补水、一个水箱上部供水，热水温度稳定。这样热泵热水器控制逻辑简单、且制热效果好，对于用户安装使用简单、热水稳定、不占室内空间、维护容易。

图1、图2是本一种壁挂式双水箱空气源热水器一体机的工作原理图。本空气源热水器一体机提供生活热水和壁挂安装、安装简单、不占室内空间；包括一体机外壳（10）；所述外壳（10）内设置有压缩机（1）、冷凝器（2）、蒸发器（3）、风机（6）、四通阀（5）、膨胀阀（4）、水箱（7）、水箱（8）、水箱发泡保温（9）和所述部件连接铜管以及补水口（12）、生活热水出水口（11）。一体机中的水箱（7）与水箱（8）采用串联设计，补水从水箱（7）底部入，生活热水从水箱（8）顶部出，特征出热水温度稳定、高，结构简单、制热效率高、安装方便、不占室内空间、维修成本低的优点。
