本实用新型涉及壁挂式空气源热泵热水器,属热水器装置。本实用新型包括压缩机,蒸发器,风机,还包括有多个水箱和多个分别置于各个水箱中的热交换器,所述多个水箱设有进水水箱和出水水箱,且进水水箱和出水水箱分别置于多个水箱的两侧,所述多个热交换器按出水水箱至进水水箱的顺序串联设置而形成从高温到低温的多次热交换。本实用新型利用多个设有热交换器的水箱进行从高温到低温的多次热交换,从而大大提高了空气源热泵热水器的效率,而且本实用新型可安装于靠近房间天花板的墙壁上,因而不占用用户的用地面积。

本实用新型涉及热水器装置,特别是壁挂式空气源热泵热水器。
背景技术
现有的空气源热泵热水器一般都设有一至两个储热水箱,而且多安装于洗手间内,由于结构方面的原因,其热交换效率不高,而且占用地面面积。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可大大提高热交换效率的,而且不占用用户用地面积的壁挂式空气源热泵热水器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是壁挂式空气源热泵热水器包括压缩机,风机,还包括有多个水箱和多个分别置于各个水箱中的热交换器,所述多个水箱设有进水水箱和出水水箱,且进水水箱和出水水箱分别置于多个水箱的两侧;所述多个热交换器按出水水箱至进水水箱顺序串联设置而形成从高温到低温的多次热交换。
本实用新型的工作原理是压缩机将冷媒压缩成高温高压介质,高温高压介质进入出水水箱的底部的热交换器进行第一次热交换,接着进入靠近出水水箱的一水箱的热交换器进行第二次热交换,再接着进入另一水箱的热交换器进行第三次热交换,最后进入进水水箱的热交换器进行第四次热交换。此时高温高压介质被上述水箱中的水冷却为全液态的高压中温冷媒,高压中温的冷媒经过节流元件的节流降压成为低压低温的气液混合物,低压低温的气液混合物在蒸发器内蒸发吸热后重新进入压缩机压缩完成一次循环。其对水箱中的冷水加热过程是:冷水进入进水水箱,被较低温的热交换器进行热交换后完成冷水的第一次升温,第一次升温后的水进入靠近进水水箱的一水箱进行热交换被第二次升温,第二次升温后的水进入另一水箱进行热交换被第三次升温,第三次升温后的水最后进入出水水箱进行热交换被第四次升温,形成高温的水。高温的水从出水水箱的顶部送出。
本实用新型的优点是利用多个设有热交换器的水箱进行多次热交换,从而大大提高了空气源热泵热水器的效率;而且该空气源热泵热水器可安装于靠近房间天花板的墙壁上,因而不占用用户用地面积。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型主要包括压缩机1,蒸发器2,风机3,还包括进水水箱4,水箱5,水箱6,出水水箱7,分别安装在上述水箱中的热交换器8,热交换器9,热交换器10,热交换器11。压缩机1的输出端与安装在出水水箱7中的热交换器11的输入端连接,热交换器11的输出端与安装在水箱6中的热交换器10的输入端连接,热交换器10的输出端与安装在水箱5中的热交换器9的输入端连接;热交换器9的输出端与安装在进水水箱4中热交换器8的输入端连接;热交换器8的输出端与节流器12的输入端连接;节流器12的输出端与蒸发器2的输入端连接;蒸发器2的输出端与压缩机1的输入端连接;进水管13与进水水箱4的底部的入水口连接;进水水箱4的顶部的出水口安装有出水管14,出水管14的另一端插装在水箱5中。水箱5的顶部安装有出水管15,出水管15的另一端插装在水箱6中;水箱6的顶部安装有出水管16,出水管16的另一端插装在出水水箱7中。出水水箱7的顶部的出水口与出水管17连接。4个水箱的下端加工有排污口,排污口与排污管18连接,进水水箱4、水箱5、水箱6、出水水箱7按立式结构安装。本实用新型可安装于在房屋的天花板的墙壁上或内嵌在墙体内。

1.壁挂式空气源热泵热水器,包括压缩机,蒸发器,风机,其特征是设有多个水箱和多个分别置于各个水箱中的热交换器,所述多个水箱设有进水水箱和出水水箱,且进水水箱和出水水箱分别置于多个水箱的两侧,所述多个热交换器按出水水箱至进水水箱的顺序串联设置而形成从高温到低温的多次热交换。
