Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种可排废的刀模模具，包括刀模主体和刀模斜块，刀模主体上开设有一缺口，且缺口位于刀模主体的任何部位，刀模斜块设置在刀模主体的内部，且刀模主体在刀模主体内部具有一斜面。刀模主体和刀模斜块一体成型或组合成型。本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，方便更换以及维修，通过刀模主体的缺口、刀模斜块的配合使用，能顺利将废料排出，充分节省排废刀模费用，并可达到排废效果。

背景技术
现有的排废模具主要为雕刻落料模具或五金落料模具，传统行业选用普通雕刻模模切产品无法在模具上排除废料，模切后还需人工排废，不仅成本高，而且效率低，良率也低；如果定制金属五金模成本会增加两倍以上，装卸模具费时费力，危险性增加；有些泡棉类材料五金模具无法冲切并排废，而胶类产品落料不顺畅，且如果模具有一处损坏，需重新制作，而且也无法替换，造成较大的损失。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可排废的刀模模具，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种可排废的刀模模具，包括刀模主体和刀模斜块，所述刀模主体上开设有一缺口，且缺口位于刀模主体的任何部位，所述刀模斜块设置在刀模主体的内部，且刀模主体在刀模主体内部具有一斜面。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述刀模斜块的斜面倾斜角为10～80°。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案：所述刀模主体和刀模斜块一体成型或组合成型。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，方便更换以及维修，通过刀模主体的缺口、刀模斜块的配合使用，能顺利将废料排出，充分节省排废刀模费用，并可达到排废效果。

请参阅图1～3，本实用新型实施例中，一种可排废的刀模模具，包括刀模主体A和刀模斜块B，刀模主体A上开设有一缺口，且缺口位于刀模主体A的任何部位，刀模主体A上的缺口根据产品的形状设置为任何形状；刀模斜块B设置在刀模主体A的内部，且刀模主体B在刀模主体A内部具有一斜面，刀模斜块B的斜面倾斜角为60°，废料在刀模主体A内下落的过程中，经过刀模斜块B的斜面的作用，并在废料重力的作用下，会自动排出刀模主体A，从而完成自动排废的效果。
刀模主体A和刀模斜块B一体成型或组合成型，且刀模主体A和刀模斜块B采用相同或不同的材质制作而成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的可排废的刀模模具，其特征在于，所述刀模斜块（B）的斜面倾斜角为10～80°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可排废的刀模模具，其特征在于，所述刀模主体（A）和刀模斜块（B）一体成型或组合成型。
