Abstract
本实用新型设计出一种鼻肠营养管固定装置，主要包括夹管器1，连接器2，粘贴带3，其中夹管器1呈中空圆柱形，一侧有开口，夹管器1内径比鼻肠营养管小，用来嵌入并固定住鼻肠营养管，由硅胶制得；连接器2呈管状或带状，由硅胶制得，用来连接夹管器1和粘贴带3；粘贴带3呈圆形，椭圆形或长方形等，为单面胶粘，可固定在鼻翼两侧区域位置，用来固定夹管器1和鼻肠营养管的位置；通过该装置使得营养液被输送到患者指定部位，解决了目前常使用布胶带固定该营养管会在皮肤上残留大片的胶痕，不易清洗的问题，同时减轻了营养管在未被固定住时给患者带来的痛苦与不便，该装置较其他的营养管固定装置拥有较长的使用性和准确的固定性。

技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种固定鼻肠营养管的装置。
背景技术
鼻饲即鼻饲法(nasogastric gavage)是将鼻肠营养管经鼻腔插入胃内，从管内输注食物、水分和药物，以维持病人的营养治疗的技术。适用于①不能由口进食者，如口腔疾患、口腔手术后、食管狭窄、食管气管瘘、某些手术后或肿瘤病人；②不能张口的病人，如昏迷、破伤风、早产儿及病情危重的病人；③拒绝进食的病人。鼻肠营养管是鼻饲法中常用的医疗器械，用于向患者的肠胃传输营养液，维持生命所需的能量。但鼻肠营养管在病人体内易于滑动，鼻肠营养管会有滑出的可能导致营养液无法被送达到具体部位，所以为了固定鼻肠营养管的位置，同时防止在移动身体时导致鼻肠营养管滑动摩擦组织器官，减少鼻肠营养管给病人带来的痛苦，目前常使用布胶带固定该营养管，但由于该方式的可持续使用性较差，且固定性也较差，同时在移除操作时给病人带来痛苦，也会在皮肤上残留大片的胶痕，不易清洗，导致使用效果并不理想。现有技术“鼻胆管、鼻胃管、鼻肠管固定器”(CN204745302U)，是一种通过将管道与耳朵连接来固定鼻肠营养管的位置的装置。该方式在使用时易导致患者多处不适，特别对耳朵会产生长时间的牵扯感，引起耳部的不适，且不利于患者侧躺。针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种用于固定鼻肠营养管的装置， 用来固定营养管的位置，使营养液到达指定部位，同时减轻患者的痛苦。
发明内容
本实用新型所述的鼻肠营养管固定装置是通过以下技术方案实现的：所述的鼻肠营养管主要包括夹管器1，连接器2，粘贴带3，其中夹管器1呈中空圆柱形，一侧有开口，夹管器1内径比鼻肠营养管小，夹管器1的内径小于5mm，并用来嵌入并固定住鼻肠营养管，由硅胶制得；连接器2为2个，连接器2相对设置在夹管器1两侧，呈管状或带状，由硅胶制得，用来连接夹管器1和粘贴带3；粘贴带3连接在连接器2上面，呈圆形，椭圆形或长方形等，为单面胶粘，可固定在鼻翼两侧区域位置，用来固定夹管器1和鼻肠营养管的位置。使用时，先将鼻肠营养管插入至患者的指定部位，再将鼻肠营养管通过夹管器1一侧的开口嵌入夹管器1中，然后通过连接器2和粘贴带3，将鼻肠营养管固定，使得鼻肠营养管可以准确地向肠胃部位输送营养液，同时又减少了鼻肠营养管的移动造成病人的痛苦。

实施例1 鼻肠营养管固定装置
所述的鼻肠营养管固定装置主要包括夹管器1，连接器2，粘贴带3，其中夹管器1呈圆柱形，一侧有开口，内径比鼻肠营养管小， 夹管器1的内径小于5mm，用来嵌入并固定住鼻肠营养管，由硅胶制得；连接器2呈管状或带状，由硅胶制得，用来连接夹管器1和粘贴带3；粘贴带3呈圆形，椭圆形或长方形等，为单面胶粘，固定在在鼻翼两侧区域位置，使得鼻肠营养管不易脱落。
实施例2 鼻肠营养管固定装置的使用方法
使用时，先将鼻肠营养管插入至患者的指定部位，将鼻肠营养管通过夹管器1一侧的开口嵌入夹管器1中，然后通过连接器2和粘贴带3，将鼻肠营养管固定，使得鼻肠营养管可以准确地向肠胃部位输送营养液，同时又减少了鼻肠营养管的移动造成的病人痛苦。

1.一种鼻肠营养管固定装置，其特征在于：该装置包括夹管器(1)、连接器(2)、粘贴带(3)，连接器(2)为2个，连接器(2)相对设置在夹管器(1)两侧，粘贴带(3)连接在连接器(2)上面，夹管器(1)呈中空圆柱形，一侧有开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼻肠营养管固定装置，其特征在于：夹管器(1)由硅胶制得，夹管器(1)内径小于5mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的鼻肠营养管固定装置，其特征在于：连接器(2)由硅胶制得，呈管状或带状。
4.如权利要求1所述的鼻肠营养管固定装置，其特征在于：粘贴带(3)呈圆形、椭圆形或长方形，粘贴带(3)为单面胶贴。
