本实用新型公开了一种防火式开关柜，包括有柜体，柜体顶部柜壁开有进沙口，进沙口四周口壁嵌入有电磁铁条，柜体外侧壁上设有由单片机构成的供电电路，供电电路供电至电磁铁条，进沙口内设有挡板，挡板四周边沿嵌入有磁铁条，挡板四周磁铁条与柜体进沙口口壁上电磁铁条吸合连接，柜体顶部安装有灭火沙柜，灭火沙柜内装满灭火沙，灭火沙柜底部设有出沙口，且灭火沙柜底部出沙口与柜体顶部进沙口对接连通。本实用新型可及时控制火势，具有灭火及时、反应迅速的优点，为后续寻找灭火器提供了时间保障。

本实用新型涉及开关柜领域，具体是一种防火式开关柜。
背景技术
开关柜是常用的电气装置，其主要作用是在电力系统进行发电、输电、配电和电能转换的过程中，进行开合、控制和保护用电设备。开关柜由于其结构特殊性，在发生火灾时必须采用灭火器进行灭火，而寻找灭火器会耗费时间，易导致灭火不及时的问题。
实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种防火式开关柜，以解决现有技术开关柜着火时存在灭火不及时的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种防火式开关柜，包括有柜体，其特征在于：柜体顶部柜壁开有进沙口，进沙口四周口壁嵌入有电磁铁条，且四周电磁铁条依次首尾相接围成框形，柜体外侧壁上设有由单片机构成的供电电路，所述供电电路供电至电磁铁条，柜体的进沙口内设有填满进沙口的挡板，挡板四周边沿嵌入有磁铁条，挡板四周磁铁条依次首尾相接围成框形，且挡板四周磁铁条与柜体进沙口口壁上电磁铁条吸合连接，所述柜体顶部安装有灭火沙柜，灭火沙柜内装满灭火沙，灭火沙柜底部设有出沙口，且灭火沙柜底部出沙口与柜体顶部进沙口对接连通。
所述的一种防火式开关柜，其特征在于：所述柜体内设有烟雾传感器，烟雾传感器电接入供电电路中单片机。
本实用新型中，挡板四周磁铁条与柜体顶部进沙口电磁铁条吸合连接，使挡板封闭柜体顶部进沙口，灭火沙柜内的灭火沙无法落入开关柜内，当发生火灾产生烟雾时，烟雾传感器检测到信号并传送至供电电路单片机中，单片机迅速控制供电电路停止向电磁铁条供电，挡板下落至开关柜内，同时灭火沙落入开关柜内进行灭火。
本实用新型可在开关柜内着火时，利用灭火沙迅速对开关柜内进行灭火，并可及时控制火势，具有灭火及时、反应迅速的优点，为后续寻找灭火器提供了时间保障。

参见图1所示，一种防火式开关柜，包括有柜体1，柜体1顶部柜壁开有进沙口，进沙口四周口壁嵌入有电磁铁条2，且四周电磁铁条2依次首尾相接围成框形，柜体1外侧壁上设有由单片机构成的供电电路3，供电电路3供电至电磁铁条2，柜体1的进沙口内设有填满进沙口的挡板4，挡板4四周边沿嵌入有磁铁条5，挡板4四周磁铁条5依次首尾相接围成框形，且挡板4四周磁铁条5与柜体1进沙口口壁上电磁铁条2吸合连接，柜体1顶部安装有灭火沙柜6，灭火沙柜6内装满灭火沙，灭火沙柜6底部设有出沙口7，且灭火沙柜6底部出沙口7与柜体1顶部进沙口对接连通。柜体1内设有烟雾传感器8，烟雾传感器8电接入供电电路3中单片机。

1.一种防火式开关柜，包括有柜体，其特征在于：柜体顶部柜壁开有进沙口，进沙口四周口壁嵌入有电磁铁条，且四周电磁铁条依次首尾相接围成框形，柜体外侧壁上设有由单片机构成的供电电路，所述供电电路供电至电磁铁条，柜体的进沙口内设有填满进沙口的挡板，挡板四周边沿嵌入有磁铁条，挡板四周磁铁条依次首尾相接围成框形，且挡板四周磁铁条与柜体进沙口口壁上电磁铁条吸合连接，所述柜体顶部安装有灭火沙柜，灭火沙柜内装满灭火沙，灭火沙柜底部设有出沙口，且灭火沙柜底部出沙口与柜体顶部进沙口对接连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火式开关柜，其特征在于：所述柜体内设有烟雾传感器，烟雾传感器电接入供电电路中单片机。
