背景技术
防火门是现代楼房必备安全设施之一。市售防火门品种有多种，从材质上区分主要有木质防火门、铁质防火门和纤维质防火门三大类。木质防火门以轻便、造价低廉、关闭严密等特点而获得广泛应用。现有技术的防火门主要靠内衬珍珠岩阻燃以达到防火目的，木质防火门整体结构极其简单、易于制造。但是，现有技术的木质防火门面板为普通木质板，在防水防变形性能方面还有一定的不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种木质隔热防火门。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：
一种木质隔热防火门，包括门板和框架，门板包括依次层叠的天然木皮层、防水透气PU薄膜、刨花板层、聚丙烯睛化纤维织物与铝箔复成的隔热层、胶合板层、杉木层、胶合板层、聚丙烯睛化纤维织物与铝箔复成的隔热层、刨花板层、防水透气PU薄膜、天然木皮层，各层之间通过树脂热压胶连接，上述框架为长方形钢结构框，门板置于框架内，框架四个角通过钢角板与门板固定连接，上述门板外表面设置有防火层。
优选地，上述防水透气PU薄膜的厚度为1-3mm。
优选地，上述防水透气PU薄膜的厚度为1.5mm。
优选地，上述框架、钢角板与门板的连接方式为铆接。
优选地，上述防火层由两层玻璃纤维薄毡以及复合于玻璃纤维薄毡之间的固化的酚醛树脂涂层组成。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型设置了防水透气PU薄膜，这在不影响木门需要的透气性能外，大大提高了木门的防水性能，此外，钢角板的设置增强了木门四个角的稳固性，有效避免外力撞击等情况产生变形。

如图1和图2所示，一种木质隔热防火门，包括门板和框架22，门板包括依次层叠的天然木皮层6、防水透气PU薄膜5、刨花板层4、聚丙烯睛化纤维织物与铝箔复成的隔热层3、胶合板层2、杉木层1、胶合板层2、聚丙烯睛化纤维织物与铝箔复成的隔热层3、刨花板层4、防水透气PU薄膜5、天然木皮层6，各层之间通过树脂热压胶连接，上述框架22为长方形钢结构框，门板置于框架22内，框架22四个角通过钢角板221与门板固定连接，上述门板外表面设置有防火层7。
上述防水透气PU薄膜5的厚度为1-3mm。
在一个具体的实施例中，上述防水透气PU薄膜5的厚度为1.5mm。
上述框架22、钢角板221与门板的连接方式为铆接。
上述防火层7由两层玻璃纤维薄毡以及复合于玻璃纤维薄毡之间的固化的酚醛树脂涂层组成。

5.根据权利要求4所述的木质隔热防火门，其特征在于，上述防火层由两层玻璃纤维薄毡以及复合于玻璃纤维薄毡之间的固化的酚醛树脂涂层组成。
