本实用新型属于球团配料圆盘的振动装置，特别涉及一种配料圆盘的自振打装置。
背景技术
在球团生产中，所有物料都经过配料圆盘，配料圆盘起到非常重要作用，是整个球团生产过程中第一个重要环节。如果下料量不稳定，直接影响到造球质量和产量。球团矿粉本身含水分较大，在仓内极容易出现蓬料现象，会导致下料不畅，堆料，造成下料量不稳定。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种配料圆盘自振打装置，它结构简单，下料量均匀，不会出现堆料现象。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：配料圆盘的皮带两侧机架上分别固定有前、后直杆，前、后直杆的上端与转轴铰接，转轴的中部固定拨杆的上端，拨杆的下端固定拨盘，转轴的一端固定摆杆的上端，摆杆的下端固定信号驱动板，靠近信号驱动板运动轨迹的机架上固定信号发生器，信号发出器与皮带的振动装置电连接。
本实用新型结构简单，下料量均匀，不会出现堆料现象。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，配料圆盘的皮带8两侧机架9上分别固定有前、后直杆12、5，前、后直杆12、5的上端与转轴2铰接，转轴2的中部固定拨杆4的上端，拨杆4的下端固定拨盘6，转轴2的一端固定摆杆7的上端，摆杆7的下端固定信号驱动板10，靠近信号驱动板1运动轨迹的机架9上固定信号发生器11，信号发出器11与皮带8的振动装置(图中未画出)电连接。
所述的振动装置为空气炮(图中未画出)，空气炮固定在皮带8下方。
所述的信号发出器11为接近开关。
物料在皮带8上正常运行过程中，物料将拨盘6抬起，信号驱动板10远离信号发出器11，振动装置不工作。
在出现断料时，由于重力作用，拨盘6自动回位，信号驱动板10靠近信号发出装置11，空气炮放炮，振动皮带8，只到物料在皮带8正常为止。

1.一种配料圆盘自振打装置，其特征在于：配料圆盘的皮带(8)两侧机架(9)上分别固定有前、后直杆(12、5)，前、后直杆(12、5)的上端与转轴(2)铰接，转轴(2)的中部固定拨杆(4)的上端，拨杆(4)的下端固定拨盘(6)，转轴(2)的一端固定摆杆(7)的上端，摆杆(7)的下端固定信号驱动板(10)，靠近信号驱动板(10)运动轨迹的机架(9)上固定信号发生器(11)，信号发出器(11)与皮带(8)的振动装置电连接。
