本实用新型提供了一种耐张线夹加工工装，包括连接板、轴承、外套筒、支撑台；所述外套筒通过轴承设置在连接板上，轴承分别与连接板、外套筒固定连接，外套筒可随轴承绕中心轴自由转动；所述的支撑台焊接于外套筒上，所述耐张线夹加工工装不但能够在焊接时轻松的旋转工件方便焊接，而且适用于多种型号的压缩型耐张线夹。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电力金具工装，具体涉及一种耐张线夹加工工装，为超高压、特高压线路上的耐张线夹焊接提供方便。
背景技术
耐张线夹是输电线路中重要的受力金具，用于固定导线，以承受导线张力，并将导线挂至耐张串组或杆塔上的金具。近年来，超高压、特高压输电线路中采用压缩型耐张线夹多双夹板。这种压缩型耐张线夹焊接时需人工翻转产品，实现圆周焊接，人工翻转工件效率低并不利于焊接焊缝的成型。压缩型耐张线夹种类较多，现有焊接工装不同的耐张线夹需要不同的焊接工装，为此需制作数量很多的工装，占据大量场地及费用。
发明内容
为了提高生产效率，减少工装的制作量，保证焊接质量，本实用新型提供一种耐张线夹加工工装，所述耐张线夹加工工装不但能够在焊接时轻松的旋转工件方便焊接，而且适用于多种型号的压缩型耐张线夹。
本实用新型所述耐张线夹加工工装，包括连接板、轴承、外套筒、支撑台；所述外套筒通过轴承设置在连接板上，轴承分别与连接板、外套筒固定连接，外套筒可随轴承绕中心轴自由转动；所述的支撑台焊接于外套筒上。
所述的外套筒钻有多个定位孔，根据需要在其中一个定位孔插入销轴。
进一步的，所述外套筒内设置并固定有内套筒，所述外套筒内设置固定根据需要选择的不同内径和长度的内套筒。
本实用新型所述耐张线夹加工工装在应用时，定位孔设置和轴销的使用由耐张线夹引流板在铝管上的焊接位置而定，销轴起定位和支撑耐张铝管的作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明；
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，本实用新型所述耐张线夹加工工装，包括连接板1、轴承2、外套筒3、支撑台5；所述外套筒3通过轴承2设置在连接板1上，轴承2分别与连接板1、外套筒3固定连接，外套筒3可随轴承1绕中心轴自由转动；所述的支撑台5焊接于外套筒3上。
所述的外套筒3钻有多个定位孔7，根据需要在其中一个定位孔7插入销轴4。
所述外套筒3内设置有内套筒6，本实施例内套筒6采用设置在外套筒3上的螺栓8固定在外套筒3内，内套筒6内径由不同型号的耐张线夹铝管10外径需要而定。
本实用新型所述耐张线夹加工工装在应用时，可将连接板1固定在工作台11上，根据要加工耐张线夹铝管10的外径和长度选择与之内径匹配的内套筒6，在相应的定位孔7内插入销轴4，将内套筒6置于外套筒3内，用设置于外套筒3上的螺栓8固定内套筒6，然后将铝管10置于内套筒6内，将引流板9套装在铝管10并置于支撑台5上，焊接时铝管10与引流板9通过轴承2自由旋转实现圆周焊接。

1.一种耐张线夹加工工装，包括连接板、轴承、外套筒、支撑台；其特征在于所述外套筒通过轴承设置在连接板上，轴承分别与连接板、外套筒固定连接，外套筒可随轴承绕中心轴自由转动；所述的支撑台焊接于外套筒上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐张线夹加工工装，其特征在于所述的外套筒钻有多个定位孔，其中一个定位孔插入销轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐张线夹加工工装，其特征在于所述外套筒内设置固定根据需要选择的不同内径和长度的内套筒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐张线夹加工工装，其特征在于所述内套筒用设置于外套筒上的螺栓固定。
