一种运动休闲床，包括床体和床架，其特征在于：所述床架顶部设有2个竖杆，所述2个竖杆之间至少设有4个横杆，所述横杆上设有单杠和拉手环，所述床体上设有运动把手，所述运动把手与床体为活动连接，通过拉杆固定，需要用时，移动至床上，运动后放置床下。

如图1所示，一种运动休闲床，包括床体1和床架2，所述床架2顶部设有2个竖杆3，所述2个竖杆3之间至少设有4个横杆4，横杆4可以作为单杠来使用，所述横杆4上设有单杠5和拉手环6，单杠5上设有两个把手，方便握紧，所述单杠5和拉手环6可以锻炼手臂以及全身的肌肉，所述床体1上设有运动把手7，用来锻炼手臂，所述运动把手7与床体1为活动连接，通过拉杆8固定，需要用时，移动至床上，运动后放置床下，通过拉杆8紧固。
其中，所述床架2为不锈钢材料，坚实牢固，经久耐用，所述横杆4距离床体的高度为1.5米到2米，更加适合人的运动，所述运动把手7外部为泡沫材料，方便握住把手，所述床体1的一头设有脚蹬9，方便做仰卧起坐。
