本实用新型涉及流体机械领域，特别涉及一种泵用柱销联轴器。
（二）背景技术
目前，国内的浆泵所使用的联轴器中，所用到的胶套一般都是圆柱型的，此种形状的胶套在运行过程中很难自动调整和找正，很容易在使用过程中由于运行不平衡而造成零件磨损，从而必须更换，无形中缩短了零件的使用寿命，增加了运行成本。
（三）发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的缺陷，提供了一种耐磨损的泵用柱销联轴器。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种泵用柱销联轴器，包括泵联轴器和电机联轴器，其特征是，泵联轴器固定在泵轴上，电机联轴器固定在电机的轴上，泵联轴器和电机联轴器通过紧固螺栓和紧固螺母连接，其中位于电机联轴器的固定孔内的紧固螺栓外套有胶套，所述胶套的外表面呈中间粗两端细的圆柱形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型由于设置了中间粗两头细的胶套，胶套在联轴器运行过程中只有中间最大直径的部位与电机联轴器接触，便于联轴器调整泵与电机的平衡，自动找正，大大增加了设备的使用寿命。

附图为本实用新型的具体实施例。如图1所示，该种泵用柱销联轴器，包括泵联轴器2和电机联轴器4，其中泵联轴器2固定在泵轴1上，电机联轴器4固定在电机5的轴上，泵联轴器2和电机联轴器4通过紧固螺栓6和紧固螺母7连接，其中位于电机联轴器4的固定孔内的紧固螺栓6外套有胶套3，胶套3的外表面呈中间粗两端细的圆柱形，也就是如图1所示的其剖面的外边缘为弧形。胶套3的这种设置，使其在运行过程中只有中间最粗的部分与电机联轴器4接触，便于联轴器调整泵与电机5的平衡，自动找正，大大增加了设备的使用寿命。

1.一种泵用柱销联轴器，包括泵联轴器（2）和电机联轴器（4），其特征是，泵联轴器（2）固定在泵轴（1）上，电机联轴器（4）固定在电机（5）的轴上，泵联轴器（2）和电机联轴器（4）通过紧固螺栓（6）和紧固螺母（7）连接，其中位于电机联轴器（4）的固定孔内的紧固螺栓（6）外套有胶套（3），所述胶套（3）的外表面呈中间粗两端细的圆柱形。
