[0001] 本实用新型涉及化工设备领域,尤其是一种对火电厂中脱硫废水进行处理的系统。背景技术
[0002] 目前火电厂中湿法烟气脱硫工艺中不可避免会产生脱硫废水,如石灰石一石膏湿法脱硫工艺采用石灰石作脱硫吸收剂,将石灰石破碎后与水混合,磨细成为粉状,制成吸收浆液。吸收浆液被送至脱硫塔循环浆液,循环浆液由喷嘴自上而下喷淋,与自下而上的运动的烟气逆流接触,烟气中的二氧化硫被吸收进入浆液池与石灰石、氧化空气发生反应,生成石膏,二氧化硫被除去,石膏经脱水后运出。脱硫系统要稳定工作,系统的氯离子含量必须保持在20000ppm以下,为了保证系统的氯离子平衡,必须要定时向系统掺入一定量的工艺水,这样该工艺不可避免会产生脱硫废水。
[0003] 脱硫废水的常用处理方法是采用中和、絮凝、沉淀等化学方法。但是由于火电厂湿法脱硫废水的特殊性质:呈现弱酸性,pH值低于5.7;悬浮物高,但颗粒细小,主要成份为粉尘和脱硫产物(CaS04和CaS03);含有可溶性的氯化物和氟化物、硝酸盐等;还有汞、铅、镍、 砷和铬等重金属,采用中和、絮凝、沉淀等化学方法处理后的废水仍不能很好地达标排放。 由于脱硫废水化学处理方法处理后的废水氯离子(目前尚无化学药剂可以去除氯离子)仍无法去除,并且氯离子具有在偏酸性水环境中腐蚀性大的特点,导致处理后的废水无法进入系统回用,而且也达不到排放标准。实用新型内容
[0004] 针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种脱硫废水的处理系统,该系统利用烟道蒸发处理的方式,其原理是将脱硫废水送至空气预热器与电除尘器之间的烟道内,使用喷嘴将废水雾化,利用烟气余热将废水蒸发,蒸发后残留的固体物质随飞灰一起被电除尘器收集。该方案具有工艺简单、投资费用低、占地面积小等优点。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
[0006] —种脱硫废水的处理系统,该系统包括:若干个雾化喷嘴,所述雾化喷嘴设置在火电厂除尘器上游的烟气管道内,与雾化喷嘴连接有进气管和进水管,所述进气管连接有空压机,所述进水管连接水栗和装有脱硫废水的水箱;所述空压机将压缩空气栗入雾化喷嘴, 同时所述水栗将脱硫废水栗入雾化喷嘴,压缩空气和脱硫废水在雾化喷嘴内雾化,喷入该烟气管道,利用烟气余热将雾滴中水份蒸发,残留固体飞灰由所述除尘器捕集。
[0007] 进一步,所述雾化喷嘴成对地分布在烟气管道的轴线两侧,沿烟气管道设置若干对雾化喷嘴。

[0016] 本实用新型具有下述优点:1)可以节省常规废水处理方法添加的化学药品;2)能够克服现有技术中废水处理系统配置设备多、投资大、运行成本高和设备检修维护量大的缺点;3)采用喷雾蒸发处理方法后,废水中的氯离子以颗粒物的形成被除尘器捕捉,克服了现有技术中氯离子在偏酸性水环境中腐蚀性大的缺点;4)雾化脱硫废水蒸发要吸收一定的热量,烟气湿度一定程度上会有所增加,烟气温度会适当降低,烟气湿度的增加和烟气温度的适当降低将降低烟气中灰的比电阻,提高烟气除尘效率;5)该方法能真正实现脱硫废水的近零排放。
[0017] 综上所述,利用烟气余热的脱硫废水喷雾蒸发处理方案从理论及实践上均可行, 而且其初投资、运行费用、运行管理等方面均优于常规脱硫废水处理方案,同时应用该方法能实现脱硫废水的近零排放,符合节能环保的现实要求。但是,该方法中单位时间内产生的脱硫废水需要在单位时间内蒸发完毕,而且脱硫废水的蒸发有其特殊要求,微小雾滴喷入到烟气流后,需在尽量短的时间内完全蒸发汽化,否则未完全蒸发的雾滴会对烟道和电除尘器产生腐蚀。其次,应用喷雾蒸发处理方法后,烟气特性和烟气中粉尘特性都将发生一定程度的改变,烟气除尘效率对烟气特性和烟气中粉尘特性又非常敏感。所以,该方案关键是控制单位时间内液滴群的蒸发质量和雾化液滴在烟道内的完全蒸发时间,以及喷雾蒸发处理方法对烟气除尘效率的影响。附图说明

[0022] 如图1、图2和图3所示一种脱硫废水的处理系统,火电厂中锅炉1的烟气管道17依此连接空气预热器2、除尘器4和吸收塔5,烟气经吸收塔5处理后从烟肉6排出。除尘器4为静电吸附式除尘器。在吸收塔5下方设置有脱硫废水的水池16,与水池16连接有石膏的脱水处理设备7,石膏经脱水后运出,经脱水处理设备7处理后的脱硫废水存储于水箱14中。
[0023] 在连接空气预热器2和除尘器4的烟气管道17中设置若干个雾化喷嘴3,雾化喷嘴成3对地分布在烟气管道17的轴线两侧,沿烟气管道17长度方向设置若干对雾化喷嘴3。雾化喷嘴3连接有进气管19和进水管18,进气管19连接有空压机9,进水管18连接水栗8和装有脱硫废水的水箱14,水池16中的脱硫废水通过潜水栗15栗入水箱14中,在脱硫废水进入水栗8之前经过过滤器13,以滤除颗粒物杂质;空压机9将压缩空气栗入雾化喷嘴3,同时水栗8 将脱硫废水栗入雾化喷嘴3,压缩空气和脱硫废水在雾化喷嘴3内撞击雾化,喷入烟气管道 17中,利用烟气余热将雾滴中水份蒸发,残留固体飞灰由除尘器4捕集。水栗8为高压水栗。 [〇〇24] 在本实施例中具体设置了两台空气预热器2a、2b和2c、2d,在空气预热器2a、2b和 2c、2d输出端设置有湿度仪10,进水管18上设置有流量计11、12。该系统中还配备有电控设备20,电控设备20分别与湿度仪10、雾化喷嘴3的开关器、水栗8和流量计11、12连接。能够根据烟气管道17内湿度对雾化喷嘴3的开启数量进行控制,从而控制单位时间内液滴群的蒸发质量和雾化液滴在烟道内的完全蒸发时间,避免产生未完全蒸发的雾滴,对烟气管道17 和除尘器4产生腐蚀。[〇〇25]当然,水栗8也可以通过管路连接水池16,分别从水箱14和水池16中直接取水。也可以在进水管18和进气管19上连接有支路管道,支路管道连接有设置在烟气管道17之外的蒸发处理装置20。当需要处理的脱硫废水过多时,打开支路管道上的阀门,使脱硫废水和压缩空气进入蒸发处理装置20进行处理。
[0026]案例:[〇〇27]某热电有限公司烟气脱硫工程单台330MW机组脱硫废水排放量为5m3/h,池内水温为约30°C,除尘器前烟道中烟气温度为142°C,因此,喷入烟道的雾化脱硫废水迅速在烟道中蒸发,脱硫废水中的固体物(重金属、杂质以及各种金属盐等)和灰一起悬浮在烟气中并随烟气进入电除尘器,在电除尘器中被电极捕捉,随灰一起外排,因脱硫废水中固体量和各种金属盐含量仅为395kg/h,对灰的物性及综合利用不会产生影响。经过计算,脱硫废水喷入烟气后,烟气湿度由7.14%增加至7.56%,烟气温度由142°C降至137°C,烟气处于不饱和状态,高于酸露点温度,不会对烟道和电除尘器产生腐蚀,因此,不需要对脱硫废水喷入点后烟道及除尘器进行改造处理。同时,烟气湿度的增加和烟气温度的降低,也降低了电除尘器中灰的比电阻,有利于提高除尘效率。另外,因烟气温度的降低及烟气含湿量的增加,减少了FGD(Flue gas desulfurizat1n,烟气脱硫系统)的水耗量。该脱硫废水处理系统仅用雾化喷嘴、管道及一定量的压缩空气即可完成脱硫废水的处理,实现了脱硫废水真正零排放。不仅减少了脱硫废水处理系统的初投资,而且节约了原有脱硫废水处理系统的运行费用(包括人工费、药品费、检修维护费用等),同时也减少了FGD系统运行的水耗及电耗。将脱硫废水用栗送到除尘器前烟道,经压缩空气将脱硫废水在除尘器前烟道内雾化。[〇〇28] 烟道尺寸2.4m* 7m,在7m管道侧分别布置21个喷嘴共42个。每个喷嘴流量60kg/h, 喷嘴之间的间距300臟。2台空预器出口总流量5000kg/h,满足设计要求。[〇〇29]在锅炉尾部烟道内换热器与除尘器之间,烟气速度为8m/s左右,且温度在415K的区域内设置雾化喷嘴;利用水栗抽取脱硫废水,空压机压缩空气,压缩空气与脱硫废水进入雾化喷嘴内的流量比为〇.25;经雾化喷嘴雾化后的液滴速度为50〜80m/s,液滴粒径小于50 Mi;通过计算如果液滴直径为50mi时,在烟气温度142°C的环境内,完全蒸发时间为1S之内。 蒸发后随烟气排出烟囱。这样既不影响换热器的热交换能力,又可使脱硫废水蒸发后的汞、 铅、镍、锌等重金属以及砷、氟等非金属污染物经烟气干燥后成细小粉尘,随烟气中的粉尘一起进入除尘系统,由除尘器捕获从烟气中分离出来。同时可节省常规废水处理方法所采用的化学药品;克服现有技术中废水处理系统配置设备多、投资大、运行成本高和设备检修维护量大的缺点;克服氯离子在偏酸性水环境中腐蚀性大的影响;烟气湿度的增加和烟气温度的适当降低,降低除尘器中灰的比电阻,提高除尘器效率。
[0030] 脱硫废水进入烟气蒸发吸热,使烟气温度降低,但因脱硫废水水量较少,烟气温度降幅不大,在5°C以内,加上机组运行状态的波动,烟气温度在137°C以上,高于烟气的酸露点温度130°C,因此不会对电除尘器造成腐蚀,可以保证电除尘器安全稳定运行。若烟气温度低于130°C,必须立即停止废水处理系统的运行,以免造成除尘器的腐蚀。
