一种钛合金锁扣，结构如图1所示，包括第一连接件1、第二连接件2及螺纹杆6，所述第一连接件1与第二连接件2一端均为耳环结构3，且另一端均为向内侧弯曲的通孔结构4，所述耳环结构3通过螺栓5连接，所述通孔结构4内设有内螺纹，所述第一连接件1与第二连接件2均通过其通孔结构4的内螺纹与螺纹杆6的外螺纹配合连接，且所述通孔结构4与螺纹杆6连接处对应开设有螺纹孔7，所述螺纹孔7中穿设有锁定螺钉8。
另外，所述第一连接件1与第二连接件2均由钛合金材料制成，其紧固效果会更佳。
需要说明的是，所述耳环结构3与通孔结构4使得螺栓5不会容易松脱。而且螺纹杆6通过锁定螺钉8锁定，使得螺纹杆6难以旋转，因此在螺栓5与螺纹杆6双重作用下，这种紧固方式的效果更佳，而且避免了扣件上的螺栓容易松脱的问题。
