Abstract
一种密封式pH计接口,包括一个筒体;筒体为圆筒,圆筒的一侧设有一个进口管道法兰,另一侧设有二个出口管道法兰,筒体的下端密封,圆筒上端设有pH计的密封接口。本实用新型pH计能保证密封的可靠及测量的可靠,能够在稀薄或稠厚半成品溶液中进行pH测量,且测量可靠,能够适应各种有不同粘稠度的溶液。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及环保、化工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保、化工的计量装置。
背景技术
在环保化工领域,在溶液进行运行分析时首先需要测量pH,pH计是一种最重要的仪器。管道式pH计在运行时有其不足:如会影响到管道内的溶液的流动及数据的准确性,因此,pH计的连接及运用是极为重要的。
电厂或化工工厂的各种燃煤锅炉烟气均需要在排放前进行处理,处理烟尘及脱硫脱硝是主要的任务,氨法与钙法脱硫是最广泛采用的技术。由于采用喷洒化学溶液的的方法,氨法与钙法的溶液在浓缩时需要测量通过pH计测量pH值,从而判断溶液的状况。在此过程中溶液还会变得稠厚,现有的管道式pH计尚不能解决溶液还会变得稠厚的问题。
需要一种能够方便进行溶液pH测量,尤其是会变得稠厚半成品溶液中进行pH测量,且测量可靠,能够适应各种有不同粘稠度的溶液的pH计接口。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是:提出一种密封式pH计接口(与釜、罐或管道连接)进行溶液的pH测量,尤其是用于稠厚半成品溶液中进行pH测量,且测量可靠。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型技术方案是,一种密封式pH计接口,包括一个筒体;筒体为圆筒,圆筒的一侧设有一个进口管道法兰,另一侧设有二个出口管道法兰,筒体的下端密封,圆筒上端设有pH计的密封接口。
由于筒体需要设置多个法兰,其直径大于管道法兰的二倍以上;由于设有较大直径的筒体和二个出口管道法兰。因此,密封式pH计接口插入pH计后进行pH值的测量,不会对溶液造成堵塞,尤其适用于稠厚半成品溶液的pH值的 实时检测。溶液具有两个出口时可以有轻液从上部出口流出,筒体还可以进行加热,保证溶液的流动性。
其中,圆筒的外层设有电热层包裹。
本实用新型连接方式如下:本实用新型用于与釜、罐或管道连接,其中设有一个进口管道法兰,另一侧设有二个出口管道法兰分别与进口管道及出口管道相连接,筒体的上端设有pH计的接口安装pH测量仪器。本实用新型的成熟应用是进出口管道可以是氨法或钙法脱硫管道中的主溶液,pH计可以实时测量。
有益效果,本实用新型技术方案具有以下特点:pH计能保证密封的可靠及测量的可靠,能够在稀薄或稠厚半成品溶液中进行pH测量,且测量可靠,能够适应各种有不同粘稠度的溶液。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种密封式pH计接口,包括一个筒体1,筒体为圆筒,圆筒的一侧设有一个进口管道法兰2,另一侧设有二个出口管道法兰5、6,筒体的下端密封,上端设有pH计3的接口4;由于筒体需要设置多个法兰,其直径大于管道法兰的二倍以上;由于设有较大直径的筒体和二个出口管道法兰,因此,密封式pH计接口插入pH计后进行pH值的测量,不会对稠厚半成品溶液造成堵塞,尤其是用于溶液的pH值的实时检测,溶液具有两个出口时可以有轻液从上部出口流出,筒体还可以进行加热,保证溶液的流动性。
筒体的外层设有电热层包裹层采用薄膜电热层材料再加绝缘隔热材料外裹,可以控制温度在60℃以内。
本实用新型的实施例并不是限定本实用新型。有限有修改和变化对于本领域的普通技术人员而言是显而易见的,并没有超出本实用新型所要求保护的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种密封式pH计接口,包括一个筒体;其特征是筒体为圆筒,圆筒的一侧设有一个进口管道法兰,另一侧设有二个出口管道法兰,筒体的下端密封,圆筒上端设有pH计的密封接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封式pH计接口,其特征是圆筒的外层设有电热层包裹层。
