Abstract

反光镜,其特点是将镀有反光层的薄膜或金属反光膜制成平面或曲面,用熔点低于反光膜熔点的连结层,将反光膜贴附或粘结在形状与之相适应的基材上,从而制成反光镜。

Description

本实用新型,是关于将反光薄膜用低熔点连结层贴附或粘结于轻型基材表面,而制成的反光镜。
以前的各种反光镜,均是由金属材料或玻璃等加工而成的,其方法是首先加工金属或玻璃,使它们呈所需形状,而后再在其光洁表面上镀一层反光膜,这样由于被加工物密实坚硬,且加工的光洁度要求高,所以加工工艺复杂,自重大,成本高,难以在某些领域中得到普遍的应用。
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种加工工艺简单,成本低,自重轻,且易普遍应用的反光镜。
具体的说,是将镀膜反光膜或金属反光膜,通过加工处理制成所需形状,粘结或贴附于熔点低于反光膜的熔点,并能形成光洁平整表面的固体连结层上,后把它们粘结或贴附在与其形状相适应的基材上,从而制得所需的反光镜。该反光镜由于反光膜和基材相分离,故对基材的加工精度要求不高,并且由于连结层的充填弥补作用,使反光镜的基材不仅可用钢,铝,玻璃,混凝土等密实材料制成,而且还可以用发泡混凝土,发泡塑料等轻型材料制成。从而简化了反光镜的加工工艺,降低了成本,减小了自重。
以半园形反光镜为例如附图:
将反光膜1用连结层2粘结或贴附在基材3上形成反光镜。

Claims (4)

1、一种反光镜,由反光镜、基材组成,其特征在于反光膜1用连结层2粘结在基材3上。
2、如权利要求1所述的反光镜,其反光膜,可以是在薄膜上镀反光物而形成的反光膜,也可以是金属反光膜。
3、如权利要求1所述的反光镜,其连结层是由熔点低于反光膜熔点,能形成光洁平整表面的,能粘结或贴附反光膜与基材的固体物质。
4、如权利要求1,权利要求2,权利要求3所述的反光镜,其基材是由密实材料构成,如钢,铝,玻璃,混凝土等,也可由发泡材料构成,如发泡混凝土,发泡塑料。
