本实用新型的目的是提供用户一种多层不锈钢降温恒温碗，进一步提高用户吃饭、喝水的便利性、实用性、必要性，做到既不烫嘴又能恒温。
本实用新型主要由多层不锈钢碗体以及封装在碗体内的相变材料构成，解决问题采用的技术方案为：
所述多层不锈钢降温恒温碗由三层不锈钢碗体构成，不锈钢内层和不锈钢中层之间封装相变材料，不锈钢外层和不锈钢中层之间抽真空。
本实用新型具有以下突出的有益效果：把烧好的高温食物或开水倒入恒温碗内时，高温食物或开水中的热量传导给相变材料，相变温度是由封装在碗体不锈钢内层和不锈钢中层之间的相变材料决定的，本实用新型是采用相变温度为43度的相变材料，这个温度是比较适宜的进食温度，相变材料吸热相变，使食物或开水降至相变温度左右。此时用户可以适宜的进食喝水，随着进食喝水的活动进行，食物或水温低于相变温度时，高温的相变材料相变放热给食物和水加热，使食物和水维持在合适的温度，碗体的不锈钢外层和不锈钢中层之间抽真空起到隔热保温的作用。

如图1所示：不锈钢外层1是由不锈钢构成，不锈钢中层2是由不锈钢构成，不锈钢内层3是由不锈钢构成，负责盛装食物和传导热量，相变材料4由相变材料构成，相变材料封装在不锈钢中层和不锈钢内层之间负责吸热相变和相变放热，不锈钢外层和不锈钢中层之间抽真空，起到隔热保温的作用。
