技术领域
本实用新型涉及基于WIFI自动组网的补偿装置技术领域,尤其是涉及基于WIFI通讯的新型配电自动化装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的无功补偿装置功能单一、补偿效率不高,出现线路故障时,不能及时切除电容器进行闭锁保护;单一装置运行时,控制装置出现故障后,导致整个补偿系统处于瘫痪状态,不能及时通知管理人员,带来无可弥补的损失。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供了基于WIFI通讯的新型配电自动化装置,该装置基于WIFI通讯自动组网,同时能进行线路保护及三相负荷不平衡调整,在装置出现故障时,能够利用无线WIFI网络及时通知管理人员。
本实用新型可以通过以下技术方案来实现:基于WIFI通讯的新型配电自动化装置,关键是:包括ARM处理器、WIFI通讯模块和继电器,所述的ARM处理器的TTL串行口与WIFI通讯模块连接,ARM处理器控制WIFI通讯模块实现自动组网;所述的ARM处理器与继电器连接,ARM处理器驱动继电器切除进线开关。
还包括电流互感器CT和电压互感器PT,电流互感器CT和电压互感器PT分别与ARM处理器连接。
还包括显示模块,显示模块与ARM处理器连接。
所述ARM处理器为M4核ARM处理器。
所述电流互感器CT为小型电流互感器CT,所述电压互感器PT为小型电压互感器PT。
所述显示模块为中文液晶。
所述继电器为功率继电器。
本实用新型的有益效果为,该装置为集无功补偿、线路保护、三相负荷不平衡调整于一体的配电自动化装置,该装置基于WIFI通讯自动组网,同时能进行线路保护及三相负荷不平衡调整,在装置出现故障时,能够利用无线WIFI网络及时通知管理人员;本装置智能控制元件能对本体各相运行参数进行自诊断,一旦出现自检故障,整机快速响应,退出系统运行,同时通过无线WIFI网络发送报警信息给相关管理人员,避免了装置故障处理不及时造成的经济损失。

具体实施例,如图1所示,基于WIFI通讯的新型配电自动化装置,包括ARM处理器1、电流互感器CT4、电压互感器PT5、WIFI通讯模块2、显示模块6、继电器3,其中,ARM处理器1为M4核ARM处理器,电流互感器CT为小型电流互感器CT,电压互感器PT为小型电压互感器PT,显示模块为中文液晶,继电器3为功率继电器。ARM处理器1的TTL串行口与WIFI通讯模块2连接,通过软件控制WIFI通讯模块2进行自动组网,电网的电流、电压经过装置的电流互感器CT4及电压互感器PT5变换成ARM处理器1能够采集范围内的电压信号,通过傅立叶变换算法计算实时的各相电流、电压、功率等数据。当发生线路故障时,ARM处理器1能够立即驱动功率继电器切除进线开关,从而对整套系统进线保护。本装置智能控制元件能对本体各相运行参数进行自诊断,一旦出现自检故障,整机快速响应,退出系统运行,同时通过无线WIFI网络发送报警信息给相关管理人员。

1.基于WIFI通讯的新型配电自动化装置,其特征在于:包括ARM处理器(1)、WIFI通讯模块(2)和继电器(3),所述的ARM处理器(1)的TTL串行口与WIFI通讯模块(2)连接,ARM处理器(1)控制WIFI通讯模块(2)实现自动组网;所述的ARM处理器(1)与继电器(3)连接,ARM处理器(1)驱动继电器(3)切除进线开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于WIFI通讯的新型配电自动化装置,其特征在于:还包括电流互感器CT(4)和电压互感器PT(5),电流互感器CT(4)和电压互感器PT(5)分别与ARM处理器(1)连接。
