孵化过程中,鱼卵对水温和溶解氧等指标有较严格的要求,批量孵化常常难以精准控制,造成孵化率大幅下降。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提出鱼类批量孵化装置,设置简单,原材料价格低廉易得,制作简便,有效提高鱼卵孵化率。
为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
鱼类批量孵化装置,包括孵化桶、孵化筐、恒温棒和气泵,
所述孵化筐和所述恒温棒安放在所述孵化桶内,
所述气泵通过气管与所述孵化筐底端连接且与所述孵化筐内部连通。
进一步地,所述孵化筐为倒置的圆锥筒形,其外壁为筛网结构。
进一步地,在所述孵化筐底端与所述水管连接处设置有流量调节阀。
进一步地,所述孵化筐的顶端高于所述孵化桶内水面。

如图1所示的鱼类批量孵化装置,包括孵化桶8、孵化筐5、恒温棒7和气泵1,
孵化筐5和恒温棒7安放在孵化桶8内,可在孵化桶8内放置多个孵化筐5,
气泵1通过气管与孵化筐5底端连接且与孵化筐5内部连通。
孵化筐5为倒置的圆锥筒形或漏斗形,其外壁为筛网结构,底端安装有气石3,孵化筐5外壁可使用筛绢制作。孵化桶8可为直径2至3m的PE桶或者玻璃缸。恒温棒7通过电线6与电源连接。
在孵化筐5底端与水管2连接处设置有流量调节阀4。
孵化筐5的顶端高于孵化桶8内水面2cm左右。
使用时,向孵化桶8内放入孵化用水9,将鱼卵放置于孵化筐5内,设置恒温棒7至适宜的温度,气泵1通过气石3向孵化筐5充气供氧,通过流量调节阀4调节各孵化筐5的充气量,放置于孵化筐5的鱼卵在气体及水流的冲击下不断翻滚,避免粘连及水霉病的发生。
本实用新型鱼类批量孵化装置,设置简单,原材料价格低廉易得,制作简便,效果显著,在批量孵化中,提供充足而均匀的溶解氧,精确控制水温,避免鱼卵发霉粘连,提高孵化率。

1.鱼类批量孵化装置,其特征在于,包括孵化桶、孵化筐、恒温棒和气泵,
所述孵化筐和所述恒温棒安放在所述孵化桶内,
所述气泵通过气管与所述孵化筐底端连接且与所述孵化筐内部连通。
2.如权利要求1所述鱼类批量孵化装置,其特征在于,所述孵化筐为倒置的圆锥筒形,其外壁为筛网结构。
3.如权利要求1或2任一所述鱼类批量孵化装置,其特征在于,在所述孵化筐底端与水管连接处设置有流量调节阀。
4.如权利要求1所述鱼类批量孵化装置,其特征在于,所述孵化筐的顶端高于所述孵化桶内水面。
