本实用新型涉及一种粉笔再生机，包括烘干炉，所述烘干炉内设有粉笔模具，粉笔模具上部与进料仓相对应，进料仓内设有搅拌机，进料仓与设置于烘干炉外部的进水管相连。工作时，先将粉笔头放入进料仓内，经过注水、搅拌形成流质物进入粉笔模具，烘干炉的电炉丝的热量将粉笔模具内的原料烤干，取出粉笔模具后倒出来的就是粉笔成品。粉笔再生机为一体结构，注料、加水、搅拌、注模、烘干为自动工作，本实用新型具有工艺简单、批量生产，安全可靠、结构简单、使用方便等优点。

本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种粉笔再生机，包括烘干炉，所述烘干炉内设有粉笔模具，粉笔模具上部与进料仓相对应，进料仓内设有搅拌机，进料仓与设置于烘干炉外部的进水管相连。
工作时，先将粉笔头放入进料仓内，经过注水、搅拌形成流质物进入粉笔模具，烘干炉的电炉丝的热量将粉笔模具内的原料烤干，取出粉笔模具后倒出来的就是粉笔成品。
粉笔再生机为一体结构，注料、加水、搅拌、注模、烘干为自动工作，本实用新型具有工艺简单、批量生产，安全可靠、结构简单、使用方便等优点。

实施例：结构如附图1所示，本实用新型粉笔再生机，包括进水管1、进料仓2、粉笔模具3、烘干炉门4和烘干炉。其中，进水管1与进料仓2为固定连接，进料仓2与粉笔模具3为固定连接，粉笔模具3设计在烘干炉内部，烘干炉内的电炉丝与烘干炉壁固定连接。本实用新型再生机为一体结构，注料、加水、搅拌、注模、烘干为自动工作。其具有工艺简单、批量生产，安全可靠、结构简单、使用方便等特点。
