本实用新型涉及一种径向防水电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。
背景技术
自1967年发现XLPE绝缘水树老化后,目前已确认它成为XLPE电缆老化的主要现象之一。虽然水树枝的机理和如何引起破坏目前尚不完全清楚,但是大量试验数据显示水树枝会造成局部应力增加,可能成为电树枝的发源地。高温下,水树枝里可能发生显著的氧化,导致吸水性增大,导电性增高,最终热击穿;即使在低温下,水树枝经较长时间氧化或转化为电树枝,也会造成绝缘的破坏。特别是当电缆长期浸泡在水中时,如果没有很好的防水结构,那么电缆更容易产生绝缘的水树枝老化,从而造成绝缘的破坏,这样将会大大缩短电缆的寿命。所以敷设在有水环境中的电缆一般都需要电缆具有防水结构。
对电力电缆的防水要求也是近几年才发展起来的,以前对防水的要求主要限于海底电缆、超高压电缆和通信电缆的应用上。随着对绝缘吸水和水树的研究及认识的加深,人们越来越意识到防水性能对中高压电力电缆的重要性。在地下水位较高或常年多雨的地区,越来越多的用户对电缆提出了径向防水的要求,防止水份从护套内渗入。
传统的防水电缆径向防水采用铝塑带纵包再挤包聚乙烯的结构,这种结构长期径向防水效果不稳定,且产品的弯曲性不好,电缆施工也不方便;传统的防水电缆也有采用挤包铝管或铅管的防水结构,但该工艺对设备要求较高,挤铝或挤铅的设备均需要进口,只有少数生产高压电缆的厂家才引进这样的设备,且产品制造成本较贵,所以普及率不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、加工方便、成本低、柔软性好、防水性能优良的径向防水电缆。
本实用新型的技术方案是:径向防水电缆,由多根线芯组合成缆芯,缆芯间隙填充阻水材料,缆芯表面用阻水带扎紧,最外层有外护套,其改进之处是在所述阻水带与外护套之间设有径向防水层,该径向防水层为不锈钢带无缝焊接和轧纹后的波管形套管。
所述径向防水层的不锈钢带厚0.15~0.3mm,轧纹深度1~3mm。
以上方案中未作具体说明的技术内容同于现有技术。
本实用新型的技术性能指标:
1、一般特性指标:符合GB/T 12706-2008标准要求。
2、径向防水试验间接考核指标:
充气试验:充入50~100Pa干燥空气或氮气后均衡6小时,电缆任一端气压不下降。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
(1)柔软性能好,具有优异的弯曲性能。
(2)产品结构简单、防水效果好,加工方便。
(3)不需要专用的挤铝或挤铅机,制造设备简单,焊接和轧纹设备投资少,国内易采购。
(4) 产品成本低,安全可靠性高。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例(以3×240mm2规格为例),并结合图1对本实用新型作进一步说明。
非限定实施例如下所述(未说明内容同于现有技术):
1、导体:
采用无氧铜丝作导体1,符合GB/T3956标准中规定的2类导体结构要求。导体1采用分层紧压结构,每层表面间隙填充半导电阻水带,以保证电缆导体的阻水性能。
2、三层共挤:
采用悬链式干法化学交联生产线在导体外同时挤包导体屏蔽2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽4,制成线芯,导体屏蔽2和绝缘屏蔽4均采用挤包型半导电屏蔽材料,绝缘层3采用交联聚乙烯绝缘材料,保证电缆的绝缘性能。
3、金属屏蔽:
在绝缘线芯表面先绕包一层半导电阻水带5,再绕包一层软铜带6,在铜带的外表面绕包一层阻水带7,以保证电缆的阻水性能。
4、多芯成缆
3芯绝缘线芯进行成缆,间隙填充阻水材料8。缆芯表面同时采用阻水带9扎紧,防止缆芯松散。
5、径向防水层
将厚度0.2mm的不锈钢带成型、焊接和轧纹后形成波管形不锈钢防水层10,轧纹深度2mm,最后电缆成型收盘。
6、外护套
采用聚乙烯料作为外护套11。
电缆制成后,充入80Pa干燥空气均衡6小时,任一端气压不下降。

1.一种径向防水电缆,由多根线芯组合成缆芯,缆芯间隙填充阻水材料,缆芯表面用阻水带扎紧,最外层有外护套,其特征是在所述阻水带与外护套之间设有径向防水层,该径向防水层为不锈钢带无缝焊接和轧纹后的波管形套管。
2.按权利要求1所述径向防水电缆,其特征是所述径向防水层的不锈钢带厚0.15~0.3mm,轧纹深度1~3mm。
