本实用新型属于风力发电设备,特别涉及一种嵌入式预应力混凝土风电塔架。
背景技术
风力发电塔架是风力发电设备的重要组成部分,采用钢结构制造风力发电塔成本较高,采用混凝土替代钢结构制造风力发电塔架虽然成本有所降低,但是混凝土结构的风力发电塔架一般都采用预制锚栓进行连接,其结构虽然简单,但是安装难度较大,生产工期较长。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种结构简单,改善连接螺栓受力状态,能够提高安装效率的嵌入式预应力混凝土风电塔架。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:嵌入式预应力混凝土风电塔架包括基础段、筒段底段、筒段中段、筒段顶段,其特点是筒段连接结构的上筒体加强筋结构预制在上部筒体的内圆周上,下筒体加强筋结构和支撑筋结构预制在下部筒体的内圆周上,下部筒体的上端设有下部筒体导向段,下部筒体导向段置于上部筒体下端内,上部筒体和下部筒体的端面上均设有数个连接法兰孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:嵌入式预应力混凝土风电塔架结构简单,安装快捷,提高了安装效率,改善了连接螺栓的受力状态,提高了连接螺栓的耐疲劳能力,更好的避免了塔架连接螺栓断裂事故的发生。

实施例,参照附图1~7,嵌入式预应力混凝土风电塔架是由基础段1、筒段底段2、筒段中段3和筒段顶段4组成,基础段1与筒段底段2之间,筒段底段2与筒段中段3之间、筒段中段3与筒段顶段4之间均用筒段连接结构5连接。筒段连接结构5的上筒体加强筋结构5-4预制在上部筒体5-1的内圆周上,下筒体加强筋结构5-5和支撑筋结构5-6预制在下部筒体5-2的内圆周上,下部筒体5-2的上端设有下部筒体导向段5-3,下部筒体导向段5-3置于上部筒体5-1的下端内。上部筒体5-1和下部筒体5-2的端面均设有数个连接法兰孔5-7,上部筒体5-1的连接法兰孔5-7与下部筒体5-2的连接法兰孔5-7之间均用连接螺栓和螺母连接,基础段1、筒段底段2、筒段中段3的上端面上均设有一个导向定位槽 3-1,筒段底段2、筒段中段3、筒段顶段4的下端面上均设有一个导向定位隼3-2,导向定位隼3-2插装在导向定位槽 3-1中。

1.一种嵌入式预应力混凝土风电塔架,包括基础段(1)、筒段底段(2)、筒段中段(3)、筒段顶段(4),其特征在于筒段连接结构(5)的上筒体加强筋结构(5-4)预制在上部筒体(5-1)的内圆周上,下筒体加强筋结构(5-5)和支撑筋结构(5-6)预制在下部筒体(5-2)的内圆周上,下部筒体(5-2)的上端设有下部筒体导向段(5-3),下部筒体导向段(5-3)置于上部筒体(5-1)下端内,上部筒体(5-1)和下部筒体(5-2)的端面上均设有数个连接法兰孔(5-7)。
