Abstract
一种电冰箱的加湿装置,其特征在于,设置有集水槽(4),该槽中,由外侧向中央,设有若干集水室,其高度逐渐降低,用于加湿用的除霜水集中在集水室内,依次不断地自动溢流排水,集水槽内经常积聚着一定量的除霜水。这样可使加湿器用的除霜水经常保持新鲜,使用方便、卫生。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电冰箱用的加湿装置,其特点是在冷藏食品和酒类等的冷藏室,尤其是直冷式冰箱或酒窖内,利用除霜水的自然蒸发,使电冰箱内贮藏物长期保鲜并提高盛酒容器的密封性的加湿装置中,能使其加湿用水保持新鲜。
冷藏食品和酒类等的直冷式电冰箱或酒窖是在密闭状态的箱体内,设置蒸发器,利用蒸发器使其中的空气直接进行热交换,以达到低温保存贮藏物的目的。
但是,如上所述,由于箱内处于密闭状态,因而箱内迅速干燥,当贮藏物为蔬菜时,就不能保鲜;当贮藏物为窖藏酒时,酒瓶的密封部位(即软木塞)受干燥,而发生收缩或龟裂,失去密封性。由于存在上述种种问题,因此,箱内进行加湿很有必要。可是,看看迄今为止的加湿结构,不外乎是将箱内除霜时产生的除霜水集中到设置于箱底的水盘内进行加湿,或是将加湿用水贮藏在另设的水盘内进行加湿。
但是,上述加湿方式存在的问题是,由于水盘里的加湿用水长时间使用后,会腐败,因此需要时常更换加湿用水,这不仅操作麻烦使用不便,而且也不卫生。
本实用新型正是针对上述问题而提出的,其目的是提供一种具有下述功能的电冰箱加湿装置:经常以新的除霜水来自动地更换旧的加湿用除霜水,而且用新鲜的除霜水来进行加湿。
即,本实用新型是在箱内蒸发器的下部设置集水槽,除霜时由蒸发器落下的除霜水溢流出来不断地自动地排向箱外。特别值得指出的是,本实用新型具有下列特征:集水槽内从外侧向中央设有若干个集水室,其高度逐渐降低,呈阶梯式结构,从蒸发器落下的除霜水由较高集水室溢流到较低集水室,连续地自动地排向箱外,这样,可使加湿器用的除霜水经常保持新鲜,能够用新除霜水进行加湿。
下面,以附图为基础,具体说明本实用新型的实施例。
图1表示设置了本实用新型的加湿装置的电冰箱的整体示意剖面图,图2是图1中A-A的局部放大剖面图。
图1中,1是电冰箱本体,该本体1为封闭状结构,在前面有开口,用门2开闭,贮藏室1A呈密闭结构,在该贮藏室1A的内壁上设有蒸发器3。而且在上述蒸发器3的下方设有漏斗状的集水槽4,用来承接除霜时从蒸发器上落下的除霜水。另外,在上述漏斗状集水槽4的两个倾斜底面4-1上,按设定的间隔,设有若干个具有同一高度的隔板4-1A;于是,构成若干个从外侧向中央,高度逐渐降低的阶梯式结构的集水室4A。在上述漏斗状集水槽内的最低集水室4A-1内,在规定高度处,设有排水构件5,除霜水自动地不断地被溢流和排放到设于箱体外的蒸发构件6中。这时,排水构件5最好具有一定的坡度。
未作说明的符号7是压缩机。
对本实用新型所提出的这种结构的效果说明如下,本实用新型中,将箱内1A的蒸发器3所产生的除霜水加以集中,利用所集中的除霜水进行加湿,这与以往的方法是一样的。
本实用新型中,在蒸发器3的下方,设置了集水槽4,除霜水一旦达到一定的水位,就会通过排水构件5,自动地不断地将早先集中的除霜水溢流并排放到箱外,经常能以新鲜的除霜水进行加湿,因而,不仅改善了卫生状况,而且还不必象原来那样必须人工更换除霜水,避免了烦琐的操作,便于使用,并且,在集水槽4内设有若干个集水室4A,从外侧向中央,其高度逐渐变低,呈阶梯式结构,从蒸发器落下的除霜水由高的集水室不断地溢流到低的集水室,如图2所示,在集水槽4的倾斜底面4-1上构成了阶梯式集水室4A,各集水室4A的底面,外侧高,内侧低,因而使其水位形成外侧浅、内侧深的状态。
这样,从上边的集水室溢流出来的除霜水,流入邻接的下边的集水室的浅水位侧。
如上所述,溢流出来的除霜水沿集水室的倾斜底面4-1,流向深水位侧,与此同时,浮在深水位一侧上部的除霜水,即早先积存的除霜水中大约有与上述新除霜水流入量相当的量,溢流到下一个集水室。
这样一来,流入和溢流反复地连续地进行,各集水室内的除霜水经常被新除霜水所更换,使除霜水保持新鲜。
如上所述,本实用新型提出的电冰箱加湿装置是,在蒸发器下部设有集水槽,使集中的除霜水一边溢流,一边向箱外自动排水,将作为加湿用水加以利用的除霜水,自动地更换为新鲜的除霜水,因而,不需要象原来那样必须人工更换除霜水,避免了烦琐的操作,而且,又因能使除霜水经常保持新鲜,所以卫生效果显著。
Claims (2)
1、一种电冰箱的加湿装置,除霜时从蒸发器落下的除霜水通过排水构件5,排向箱外,其特征在于:设置有漏斗状的集水槽4,把用于加湿用的除霜水集中在若干个分隔成小单位的集水室,在各集水室内集中的除霜水,依次不断地溢流排水,使集水槽内经常积集着一定量的除霜水。
2、权利要求1中记载的电冰箱加湿装置,其特征在于:上述漏斗状集水槽4里设有若干个集水室4A,由外侧向中央,其高度逐渐变低,呈阶梯式结构。
