Abstract
一种冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，属于水蒸发装置，包括固定盒、接水盒、固定条、蒸发片，接水盒放置于固定盒内，固定条的长度与接水盒的长度相等，固定条上沿长度方向均布有卡板孔，蒸发片上设有卡板、套装孔，蒸发片通过套装孔套装在固定条上，每个蒸发片上的卡板分别卡固于固定条上的不同卡板孔内，固定条长度方向的两端分别与接水盒长度方向的两端相固定，蒸发片斜插于接水盒内并且蒸发片下端抵在接水盒底部。本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置蒸发面积大，蒸发速度快、能耗低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水蒸发装置，具体涉及一种冷凝水蒸发装置。
背景技术
冷柜、冰箱等冷冻、冷藏装置都带有接水盒结构用于盛装冷凝水，特别是大型冷冻冷藏设备，在制冷过程中排出大量冷凝水，这部分水的排出一方面带走了部分能量，另一方面需要一个接水盒来盛放并使冷凝水蒸发。现有的水蒸发系统大致分为两种，一种是冷凝水自然蒸发，这种蒸发系统接水盒体积大，大的接水盒增大了机舱体积而使冰箱或冰柜的净容量减小，同时蒸发速度较慢；另一种蒸发系统接水盒结构是加热蒸发，这种加热蒸发接水盒中，一种是将高压管直接放置于接水盒中，利用高压管的热量来蒸发冷凝水，这种结构在接水盒中水较少时，高压管与冷凝水接触少，不能充分利用高压管的热量，同时高压管长期与冷凝水接触容易被腐蚀；另一种是将接水盒固定在压缩机上，利用压缩机运行所产生的热量来实现冷凝水的蒸发，这种结构接水盒体积小、储水量少，且拆卸不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其蒸发面积大、蒸发快、不损耗冷柜系统的能量，并且冷凝水量较小时同样能快速蒸发。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术解决方案为：一种冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，包括固定盒、接水盒、固定条、蒸发片，接水盒放置于固定盒内，固定条的长度与接水盒的长度相等，固定条上沿长度方向均布有卡板孔，蒸发片上设有一个卡板、一个套装孔，蒸发片通过套装孔套装在固定条上，每个蒸发片上的卡板卡固于固定条上的相应卡板孔内，固定条长度方向的两端分别与接水盒长度方向的两端相固定，蒸发片斜插于接水盒内并且蒸发片下端抵在接水盒底部。
本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其中，所述固定盒沿长度方向的一端部设有挡板。
本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其中，所述固定盒上设有蒸发孔。
本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其中，所述固定盒上靠近挡板的一端设有一组用于挂在冷柜箱体上的挂钩。
采用上述方案后，本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置由于接水盒内设有蒸发片，从而增加了蒸发面积，并且当接水盒内水较少时，蒸发片吸收接水盒内的冷凝水正反两面同时蒸发，蒸发速度快同时不占用冷柜一点能耗；另外由于固定盒上均布蒸发孔，进一步加快了蒸发速度；而固定盒上的挂钩方便安装与拆卸；固定盒仅一端设有挡板，方便随时将接水盒抽出。

下面结合附图具体说明本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置。
具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置包括固定盒1、接水盒2、挡板3、固定条4、蒸发片5，固定盒1上均布有若干个蒸发孔11，并且固定盒1沿长度方向的一端设有一组用于挂在冷柜箱体上的挂钩12，另一端设有一组用于跟冷柜箱体相固定的螺钉孔，接水盒2放置于固定盒1内，在接水盒2外、固定盒1上靠近挂钩12的一端设有挡板3，固定条4的长度与接水盒2的长度相等，固定条4上沿长度方向均布有五个卡板孔41，蒸发片5上设有卡板51、套装孔52，五个蒸发片5分别套装在固定条4沿长度方向的不同位置上、五个蒸发片5上的卡板51分别卡固于固定条4上的五个卡板孔41内，固定条4长度方向的两端分别与接水盒2长度方向的两端通过螺栓连接，五个蒸发片5斜插于接水盒2内并且五个蒸发片5下端抵在接水盒2底部。安装时，将本发明冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置上的挂钩12直接挂在冷柜箱体上、另一端用螺栓固定即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其特征在于：包括固定盒（1）、接水盒（2）、固定条（4）、蒸发片（5），接水盒（2）放置于固定盒（1）内，固定条（4）的长度与接水盒（2）的长度相等，固定条（4）上沿长度方向均布有卡板孔（41），蒸发片（5）上设有一个卡板（51）、一个套装孔（52），蒸发片（5）通过套装孔（52）套装在固定条（4）上，每个蒸发片（5）上的卡板（51）卡固于固定条（4）上的相应卡板孔（41）内，固定条（4）长度方向的两端分别与接水盒（2）长度方向的两端相固定，蒸发片（5）斜插于接水盒（2）内并且蒸发片（5）下端抵在接水盒（2）底部。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其特征在于：所述固定盒（1）沿长度方向的一端部设有挡板（3）。
3.如权利要求2所述的冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其特征在于：所述固定盒（1）上设有蒸发孔（11）。
4.如权利要求3所述的冷柜用冷凝水蒸发装置，其特征在于：所述固定盒（1）上靠近挡板（3）的一端设有一组用于挂在冷柜箱体上的挂钩（12）。
