本实用新型目的是提供一种能将盒内锂电池组牢牢固定,便于相邻电池盒并联的超大容量锂电池盒正极集流体。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种超大容量锂电池盒正极集流体,由上层的金属薄板和下层的绝缘板胶合而成,在金属薄板的边缘设有一组对称的导电极耳,便于相邻电池盒并联。绝缘板上设有数个大小一致的圆形通孔,每个圆形通孔与上层的金属薄板构成一个圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽的直径与圆柱形锂电池的直径相一致,便于固定锂电池,又能将锂电池的正极与金属薄板紧密连接,使金属薄板成为正极集流体。
所述导电极耳为等腰梯形,稳定性好,使用寿命长。

如图1-2所示,一种超大容量锂电池盒正极集流体,由上层的金属薄板(1)和下层的绝缘板(2)胶合而成,在金属薄板(1)的边缘设有一组对称的导电极耳(3),导电极耳(3)为等腰梯形,稳定性好,使用寿命长,便于相邻电池盒并联。绝缘板(2)上设有数个大小一致的圆形通孔,每个圆形通孔与上层的金属薄板(1)构成一个圆形凹槽(4),圆形凹槽(4)的直径与圆柱形锂电池的直径相一致,便于固定锂电池,又能将锂电池的正极与金属薄板(1)紧密连接,使金属薄板(1)成为正极集流体。
