[0001]本实用新型涉及一种用于电力设备安装的工具,具体涉及一种便携式户外高压保险更换辅助器。
背景技术
[0002] 35千伏电压互感器在运行中为防止电压互感器本身或引出线故障而影响高压系统(如电压互感器所接的那个电压等级的系统)的正常工作,需在电压互感器一次侧装高压熔断器。
[0003]电压互感器运行过程中:其内部线圈发生匝间、层间或相间短路以及一相接地等故障;二次回路故障;系统一相接地,电压升高或系统间歇性电弧接地,使电压互感器铁芯饱和,电流急剧增加;电力系统发生铁磁谐振,电压互感器上产生过电压或过电流等都可能使高压保险熔断。
[0004]因高压保险安装位置一般为坠落基准面以上4米左右,更换高压保险时,需两人同时高空作业更换,一人拆卸高压保险金属盖,一人固定高压保险瓷套与金属盖连接,这种方法较为原始,令作业人员体力消耗很快,作业人员的劳动强度较大,同时也增加了高空作业中不安全因素。

[0005]本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供的一种便携式户外高压保险更换辅助器,它能解决现在在户外高压保险更换过程中,需多人协同更换,因为高空作业且作业空间狭小,危险性大的问题。

具体实施方式
[0020]如图1所示便携式户外高压保险更换辅助器,它包括固定支架、活动支架以及操作把手,固定支架包括第一卡件1、以及与第一卡件I的连接部连接的套筒2;
[0021]活动支架包括杆体3、杆体3前端设有的第二卡件4以及第一连接体、与第一连接体通过转轴连接的第二连接体5、与第二连接体5连接的框体6,其中第二连接体5的端部通过框体6侧面设有的插孔11插入框体6中,并在第二连接体的该端设有限位板7,在框体6内并位于限位板7与插孔之间设有弹簧8,第三连接件9的底端与套筒2连接,第三连接件9的上端与操作把手10的端部通过转轴连接,操作把手10的端部通过转轴与框体6连接。

[0023]如图3所示,框体6—侧设有插孔11、另一侧设有开口 12,开口的两侧为弧形并向外凸起,操作把手10通过转轴13与框体6连接。

[0025]采用上述结构,使用时,首先通过第一卡件I将高压保险瓷套卡住,并让第二卡件4靠紧瓷套金属盖,然后往下压操作把手,通过弹簧辅助受力,能使活动支架紧固在金属盖上,这样工具安装后,高空作业人员可利用它辅助承力,从而达到单人快速更换高压保险的目的,解决了多人在高处狭小空间内更换高压保险,安全系数极低的问题。

1.一种便携式户外高压保险更换辅助器,其特征在于:它包括固定支架、活动支架以及操作把手,固定支架包括第一卡件(I)、以及与第一卡件(I)的连接部连接的套筒(2); 活动支架包括杆体(3)、杆体(3)前端设有的第二卡件(4)以及第一连接体、与第一连接体通过转轴连接的第二连接体(5 )、与第二连接体(5 )连接的框体(6 ),其中第二连接体(5 )的端部通过框体(6)侧面设有的插孔(11)插入框体(6)中,并在第二连接体的该端设有限位板(7),在框体(6)内并位于限位板(7)与插孔之间设有弹簧(8),第三连接件(9)的底端与套筒(2)连接,第三连接件(9)的上端与操作把手(10)的端部通过转轴连接,操作把手(10)的端部通过转轴与框体(6)连接。
