本发明公开一种模拟熔断器,包括中间连接杆,所述中间连接杆的一侧开设有按钮通孔,所述按钮通孔内安装有按钮杆;所述中间连接杆两端分别安装有安装套,所述靠近按钮杆一侧的安装套内安装有撞击器,且所述撞击器与中间连接杆的一端相连;所述中间连接杆内安装有第一弹簧,且所述第一弹簧与撞击器相连。本发明提供一种模拟熔断器,其结构简单,操作方便,不仅提高了开关柜运行的可靠性、减少了运行人员和检修人员的工作量,而且大大降低了开关柜故障发生率,保障设备供电及用户用电的可靠性。

一种模拟熔断器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模拟熔断器。
背景技术
XGN68-12型开关柜在电网建设中被广泛的使用。而XGN68-12型开关柜的馈线间隔(真空负荷开关—抽出式熔断器旋转隔离闸刀组合电器柜)一般不配置微机或继电器保护,而采用XRNT-12型高压限流熔断器作为过流保护高压熔丝。高压熔丝熔断时,顶部撞击器(撞针)弹出,将断路器分闸。现场对XGN68-12型开关柜进行检修试验时,柜内设备元件可以进行逐个试验,但连跳装置一般只能进行外观检查、清扫、转动性能检查等工作,因此为XGN68-12型开关柜的正常使用埋下安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种模拟熔断器,其结构简单,操作方便,不仅提高了开关柜运行的可靠性、减少了运行人员和检修人员的工作量,而且大大降低了开关柜故障发生率,保障设备供电及用户用电的可靠性。
本发明为达到上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
    一种模拟熔断器,包括中间连接杆,所述中间连接杆的一侧开设有按钮通孔,所述按钮通孔内安装有按钮杆;所述中间连接杆两端分别安装有安装套,所述靠近按钮杆一侧的安装套内安装有撞击器,且所述撞击器与中间连接杆的一端相连;所述中间连接杆内安装有第一弹簧,且所述第一弹簧与撞击器相连。
    所述按钮杆外套接有第二弹簧。
所述中间连接杆与安装套螺纹连接。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供一种模拟熔断器,其结构简单,操作方便,不仅提高了开关柜运行的可靠性、减少了运行人员和检修人员的工作量,而且大大降低了开关柜故障发生率,保障设备供电及用户用电的可靠性。

如图1所示,本实施例提供的是一种模拟熔断器,包括中间连接杆1,所述中间连接杆1的一侧开设有按钮通孔,所述按钮通孔内安装有按钮杆2;所述中间连接杆1两端分别安装有安装套3,所述靠近按钮杆2一侧的安装套3内安装有撞击器4,且所述撞击器4与中间连接杆1的一端相连;所述中间连接杆1内安装有第一弹簧5,且所述第一弹簧5与撞击器4相连。所述按钮杆2外套接有第二弹簧6。所述中间连接杆1与安装套3螺纹连接。
本实施例所述的一种模拟熔断器,其结构简单,操作方便,不仅提高了开关柜运行的可靠性、减少了运行人员和检修人员的工作量,而且大大降低了开关柜故障发生率,保障设备供电及用户用电的可靠性。

1.一种模拟熔断器,其特征在于:包括中间连接杆(1),所述中间连接杆(1)的一侧开设有按钮通孔,所述按钮通孔内安装有按钮杆(2);所述中间连接杆(1)两端分别安装有安装套(3),靠近按钮杆(2)一侧的所述安装套(3)内安装有撞击器(4),且所述撞击器(4)与中间连接杆(1)的一端相连;所述中间连接杆(1)内安装有第一弹簧(5),且所述第一弹簧(5)与撞击器(4)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模拟熔断器,其特征在于:所述按钮杆(2)外套接有第二弹簧(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模拟熔断器,其特征在于:所述中间连接杆(1)与安装套(3)螺纹连接。
