本实用新型涉及一种双层隔热真空玻璃,主要用于安装房屋的窗户。
背景技术:
透过玻璃的热量是双向的,热量即能由室内传递到室外,反之亦然,并且是同时进行的,只是传递热量差的问题。在冬天的时候,室内的温度比室外高,要求保温。夏天室内温度比室外的低,要求玻璃能隔热,就是室外热量尽量少的传递到室内。由于单层玻璃隔热效果差,在现代建筑,特别是高层建筑上已被淘汰。镀膜玻璃虽然能够实现冬天和夏天的要求,既能保温又能隔热,起到环保低碳的效果,但工艺复杂,成本高,透光率低,使室内光线不足,难以适应普通家庭住房的需求,没有得到大力推广。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够实现冬天和夏天的要求,既能保温又能隔热,透光率高的双层隔热真空玻璃。
一种双层隔热真空玻璃,包括上层玻璃、下层玻璃、内支撑、密封圈和固定边框,在上层玻璃和下层玻璃之间设有内支撑,在上层玻璃和下层玻璃的边缘设有密封圈和固定边框。
所述内支撑为长方形透明塑料板,长度小于上层玻璃或下层玻璃的宽度,厚度为1mm-5mm,宽度为20-50mm,内支撑的上、下面通过胶黏剂分别与上层玻璃、下层玻璃相连接,透光率高,隔热效果好,安装容易。
所述上层玻璃与下层玻璃为两块大小一致的长方形玻璃,厚度小于5mm,对称设置,通过内支撑及胶黏剂组成一个整体,在层玻璃、下层玻璃及密封圈之间设有真空腔,进一步提高隔热效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,重量较轻,承载能力大,制造成本低,能够实现冬天和夏天的要求,既能保温又能隔热,且透光率高。

如图1-2所示,一种双层隔热真空玻璃,包括上层玻璃(1)、下层玻璃(2)、内支撑(3)、密封圈(4)和固定边框(5),在上层玻璃(1)和下层玻璃(2)之间设有内支撑(3),在上层玻璃(1)和下层玻璃(2)的边缘设有密封圈(4)和固定边框(5)。内支撑(3)为长方形透明塑料板,长度小于上层玻璃(1)或下层玻璃(2)的宽度,厚度为1mm-5mm,宽度为20-50mm,内支撑(3)的上、下面通过胶黏剂分别与上层玻璃(1)、下层玻璃(2)相连接,透光率高,隔热效果好,安装容易。上层玻璃(1)与下层玻璃(2)为两块大小一致的长方形玻璃,厚度小于5mm,对称设置,通过内支撑(3)及胶黏剂组成一个整体,在层玻璃、下层玻璃(2)及密封圈(4)之间设有真空腔,进一步提高隔热效果。固定边框(5)采用铝合金边框,重量轻,使用寿命长。
