背景技术
现有保温砌块一般为整体结构,在砌块内固定有保温块,组合砌筑形成墙体,但这种保温砌块质量大,生产运输不便,同时在接缝处只有砌筑砂浆进行固定,使得接缝处保温性差,而且保温材料与砌块连接不稳定,使得整体强度偏低,因此有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种更加轻质,能增强保温效果,同时强度高的轻质保温砌块。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种轻质保温砌块,包括相互平行且形状相同的矩形内板和矩形外板,其特征在于:还包括呈Y形的金属骨架,骨架包括三块腹板,且两块腹板与一块腹板端部分别连接在外板和内板相峙一侧,所述的腹板端部分别弯折形成置于内板和外板内的翼板,且两块腹板与外板之间形成三角形浇筑孔,砌块左右两侧对应的内板、外板和骨架分别合围形成保温槽,且浇筑孔与保温槽之间的腹板上设有若干过浆孔,还包括两块分别设在保温槽内并与骨架相固定的金属网板,且与外板连接的两块腹板分别与两块网板平行设置,且左右相邻的两个砌块相互反向砌筑固定,还包括分别置于相邻两个砌块之间的保温块,且保温块置于相峙的保温槽内,且保温块一侧贴合在网板上。
本砌块在内板和外板之间通过Y形的骨架固定,使得整体十分轻质,同时骨架对应的腹板朝向内板和外板内延伸有翼板,使得强度更加,砌筑时,使左右相邻的两个砌块相互反向砌筑固定,将保温块置于相峙的保温槽内,同时朝向浇筑孔内浇筑砂浆,砂浆会经过过浆孔进入网板和腹板之间,由于保温块一侧贴合在网板上,因此砂浆会固定保温块与砌块,使得整体形成一体结构,而且能加强相邻砌块缝隙之间的保温效果。
作为优选,外板左侧对应的翼板从外板左端伸出,内板上的翼板朝内板右侧延伸,且内板左侧设有插孔,且当左右相邻的两个砌块相互反向砌筑固定时,所述伸出外板左侧的翼板能插在所述的插孔内,并连接相邻的砌块。
因此整体强度更高。
作为优选,所述的腹板表面设有与内板和外板一体结构的连接板。
作为优选,所述的内板、外板和连接板厚度相同。

如图1所示,本轻质保温砌块,包括相互平行且形状相同的矩形内板1和矩形外板2,还包括呈Y形的金属骨架3,骨架3包括三块腹板31,且两块腹板31与一块腹板31端部分别连接在外板2和内板1相峙一侧,腹板31端部分别弯折形成置于内板1和外板2内的翼板32,且两块腹板31与外板2之间形成三角形浇筑孔21,砌块左右两侧对应的内板1、外板2和骨架3分别合围形成保温槽11,且浇筑孔21与保温槽11之间的腹板31上设有若干过浆孔,还包括两块分别设在保温槽11内并与骨架3相固定的金属网板33,且与外板2连接的两块腹板31分别与两块网板33平行设置,且左右相邻的两个砌块相互反向砌筑固定,还包括分别置于相邻两个砌块之间的保温块4,且保温块4置于相峙的保温槽11内,且保温块4一侧贴合在网板33上。
进一步的,外板2左侧对应的翼板32从外板2左端伸出,内板1上的翼板32朝内板1右侧延伸,且内板1左侧设有插孔12,且当左右相邻的两个砌块相互反向砌筑固定时,伸出外板2左侧的翼板32能插在插孔12内,并连接相邻的砌块。腹板31表面设有与内板1和外板2一体结构的连接板5。内板1、外板2和连接板5厚度相同。

2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温砌块,其特征在于:外板(2)左侧对应的翼板(32)从外板(2)左端伸出,内板(1)上的翼板(32)朝内板(1)右侧延伸,且内板(1)左侧设有插孔(12),且当左右相邻的两个砌块相互反向砌筑固定时,所述伸出外板(2)左侧的翼板(32)能插在所述的插孔(12)内,并连接相邻的砌块。
