目前,藻类养殖过程中广泛使用了跑道池设备,为促进藻类的光合作用,跑道池中通常加装了搅拌叶轮,通过搅拌叶轮推动培养液在跑道池中混合和循环。传统的搅拌叶轮上通常设置了3至6组搅拌叶片,叶片每次入水产生一次推动力,搅拌叶轮每转动一周产生的推动作用十分有限,而因叶片机械强度和藻类养殖本身的限制,叶轮的转速又不能过快,致使搅拌效果不尽如人意,影响了藻类养殖技术的发展和进步。
