背景技术
目前，各行业使用的长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器是由上箱体、中箱体、底圈梁、灰斗、支腿组合而成。长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器的气体净化方式为外滤式，含尘气体由中箱体内的风道斜板的引导作用，使含尘烟气进入各个单元过滤室；气流通过适当导流并进入自然沉降分离后进入灰斗，其余粉尘随气流进入中箱体过滤区，气体中的颗粒物吸附在滤袋外表面，过滤后的洁净气体透过滤袋进入上箱体，经过离线阀由排风管排出。但是，在部分除尘工艺中，含尘气体的粉尘含量较大，大量的粉尘堆积在灰斗容易造成粉尘板结，并造成不能够彻底清灰，进而影响除尘效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决由于粉尘板结、清灰不彻底而影响除尘效果这一问题，提供一种长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器防粉尘板结装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下：
本实用新型包括除尘器的灰斗，其特征是：在灰斗的外侧设置一个空气炮，空气炮的空气输出管从灰斗侧壁的中上部伸入灰斗中，空气输出管的管口对着灰斗的下端口。
所述空气炮由电磁脉冲阀、气包、球阀及空气输出管组成。
本实用新型的优点是：当大量的粉尘落入灰斗后，通过空气炮的压缩空气使粉尘松化，在清灰时能够保证彻底清灰，从而大大减小了粉尘板结，清灰不彻底降低除尘效率的现象出现。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型包括除尘器的灰斗1，在灰斗的外侧设置一个空气炮，空气炮由直角式电磁脉冲阀2、气包3、球阀4及空气输出管5组成。空气炮安装在灰斗的检修平台上，空气炮的空气输出管从灰斗侧壁的中上部伸入灰斗中，空气输出管的管口对着灰斗的下端口，且空气输出管的管口中心线与灰斗的下端口的中心线重合。空气炮是以突然喷出的压缩气体的强烈气流，直接冲入贮存散体物料的闭塞区，这种突然释放的膨胀冲击波，能够克服物料静摩擦，使容器内的物料又一次恢复流动。进而能够彻底清灰，保证除尘效率。
