本实用新型涉及一种下水管道清污设备，特别涉及一种流槽式检查井清污装置。
背景技术
流槽式检查井中设有流槽，流槽具有导流的作用，水流条件好，但是不能截留污水中的固体杂质，容易造成固体杂质进入井内，容易导致管道内杂质沉积，影响后续的水流通，造成堵塞。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种流槽式检查井清污装置，结构简单，提高了工作效率。
其技术方案是：包括井筒、连接管、井盖、流通管、井座，连接管为四通管，连接管的上端口连接井筒，连接管的水平两端口连接流通管，连接管的下端口与井座连通，井筒的顶部连接井盖，所述的井筒的内部设有过滤清污器，所述的过滤清污器包括上筒体、下筒体、连接过滤网、下筒体过滤网，上筒体和下筒体通过连接过滤网连接，所述的下筒体的顶部固定下筒体过滤网，下筒体的底部设有过滤纱网，所述的上筒体的底部设有限位座。
上述的连接过滤网和下筒体过滤网为50*50孔径网格。
上述的过滤纱网为5*5孔径网格。
上述的井盖与井筒之间设有橡胶密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，提高了工作效率，避免固体杂质进入井内，避免导致管道内杂质沉积，提高水流通效率，减少堵塞。

其中，连接过滤网6.3和下筒体过滤网6.4为50*50孔径网格。
其中，过滤纱网6.6为5*5孔径网格。
另外，井盖3与井筒1之间设有橡胶密封圈。
工作原理：
使用时，将连接管2与井筒1、流通管4连接固定，将过滤清污器6固定在井筒1的内部，工作时，固体杂质进入井内在过滤清污器6的下筒体6.2内部沉积，水通过两侧的连接过滤网6.3流通到流通管4内，大的固体杂质在下筒体6.2内部沉积，使用完成后将过滤清污器6一起取出，将下筒体内部固体杂质取出，排空。
