Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种种子晾晒装置，属于农用工具技术领域，包括底板和晾晒板，底部与晾晒板通过第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆相连接，第一支撑杆为升降气缸支撑杆，底板的中心设置一震动器，当第一支撑杆未升起时，晾晒板放置在振动器上，通过振动器带动晾晒板上的种子振动翻场，省时省力，同时避免了种子因机械翻场而出现损伤。

本实用新型属于农用工具技术领域，具体涉及一种种子晾晒装置。
背景技术
种子收获后因含水量高不易保存，必须进行风干晾晒，脱除水分后再进行保存，通常的做法是将种子放置在夯实的土地、柏油或水泥地面上进行晾晒，这样的处理往往因晾晒表面粗糙杂质多等因素造成种子含杂量增大，而为使种子晾晒的更加均匀，种子在晾晒过程中需要间隔一定时间进行翻场，目前一般采用木锨对种子进行翻场，该方法费时费力，而且会损伤种子，降低种子质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种晾晒脱水效果好、晾晒后种子质量高的种子晾晒装置。
本实用新型技术方案一种种子晾晒装置，包括带有万向轮的矩形底板及设置在底板上方的晾晒板，所述底板的中心位置设置一震动器，底板一端设置两根第一支撑杆，所述第一支撑杆为升降气缸支撑杆，底板的另一端设置两根第二支撑杆，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆的上端部均设有橡胶套，并分别与所述晾晒板下端面的四角固定连接，第一支撑杆与第二支撑杆外均套设有弹簧，所述弹簧一端与底板固定连接，另一端与晾晒板下端面固定连接，晾晒板上均匀分布有通气孔，晾晒板周边还安装有挡板。
优选地，本实用新型所述的一种种子晾晒装置，所述晾晒板位于第二支撑杆一侧的挡板铰接在晾晒板上，并可上下翻转。
优选地，本实用新型所述的一种种子晾晒装置，所述晾晒板下端面位于第二支撑杆的一端设置有一滑槽，所述滑槽内安装有一支撑板，所述支撑板可在滑槽内滑动，并部分拉出晾晒板外。
本实用新型技术方案的种子晾晒装置，第一支撑杆未升高时，晾晒板处于水平位置，并放在在振动器上，振动器带动晾晒板振动，晾晒板上的种子随之振动，可以实现种子的翻场并使种子分布均匀，而在晾晒板的四周安装挡板，避免了种子在振动的过程中掉落挡板造成浪费，当第一支撑杆升高时，晾晒板倾斜以面向阳光，增强晾晒效果，同时，当晾晒结束后装袋时，将靠近第二支撑杆一端的挡板打开，并以支撑板支撑，将种子沿晾晒板及挡板的斜面收集到袋内。
本实用新型技术有益效果：
本实用新型技术方案采用振动器对晾晒板上的种子进行翻场，使得种子晾晒均匀，并避免损伤种子，同时升降气缸支撑杆的使用使得晾晒板具有一定角度，可以面向阳光，使得种子晾晒更为充分。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本实用新型技术方案，现结合说明书附图对本实用新型技术方案做进一步的说明。
参见图1至图3，矩形底板1的底部设有万向轮3，底板1的中心位置设置一震动器8，底板1一端设置两根第一支撑杆4，第一支撑杆4为升降气缸支撑杆，底板1的另一端设置两根第二支撑杆5，第一支撑杆4和第二支撑杆5的上端部均设有橡胶套7，并分别与晾晒板2下端面的四角固定连接，第一支撑杆4与第二支撑杆5外均套设有弹簧6，弹簧6一端与底板1固定连接，另一端与晾晒板2下端面固定连接，晾晒板2上均匀分布有通气孔11，晾晒板2周边还安装有挡板10，位于第二支撑杆5一侧的挡板10铰接在晾晒板2上，并可上下翻转，同时晾晒板2下端面位于第二支撑杆5的一端设置有一滑槽(图中未示出)，滑槽内安装有一支撑板9，支撑板9可在滑槽内滑动，并部分拉出晾晒板2外。
本实用新型实施例中，种子晾晒时，先将种子晾晒装置推放在阳光下，将种子放置在晾晒板2上，打开振动器8，种子在晾晒板2上振动，并分布均匀，然后将第一支撑杆4升起，使晾晒板2面对阳光，需要对种子进行翻场时，降低第一支撑杆4，使晾晒板2放置在振动器8上，打开振动器8，充分振动翻场后，升高第一支撑杆4，当晾晒结束后，拉出支撑板9，打开挡板10，在挡板10下方放置收集袋，用刷子或其他工具将种子沿晾晒板2及挡板10构成的斜面收集到袋内即可。

1.一种种子晾晒装置，包括带有万向轮的矩形底板及设置在底板上方的晾晒板，其特征在于，所述底板的中心位置设置一震动器，底板一端设置两根第一支撑杆，所述第一支撑杆为升降气缸支撑杆，底板的另一端设置两根第二支撑杆，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆的上端部均设有橡胶套，并分别与所述晾晒板下端面的四角固定连接，第一支撑杆与第二支撑杆外均套设有弹簧，所述弹簧一端与底板固定连接，另一端与晾晒板下端面固定连接，晾晒板上均匀分布有通气孔，晾晒板周边还安装有挡板。
2.权利要求1所述的一种种子晾晒装置，其特征在于，所述晾晒板位于第二支撑杆一侧的挡板铰接在晾晒板上，并可上下翻转。
3.权利要求2所述的一种种子晾晒装置，其特征在于，所述晾晒板下端面位于第二支撑杆的一端设置有一滑槽，所述滑槽内安装有一支撑板，所述支撑板可在滑槽内滑动，并部分拉出晾晒板外。
