Abstract
一种瓷砖幕墙安装系统，本实用新型涉及一种将复合瓷砖直接安装、固定在锚固于墙体内锚栓上的建筑构造。其特征在于在瓷砖(1)的背面浇筑豆石钢筋混凝土(3)，通过金属连接件(2)结合成复合瓷砖(4)；复合瓷砖(4)的一侧预留了卡槽(7)，用金属挂件(5)一端钩住卡槽(7)，另一端通过金属螺栓(8)，直接安装、固定在锚栓(6)上。锚栓(6)是通过植筋胶(9)和胀塞(10)共同作用，锚固于建筑墙体(11)内的。从而实现免龙骨复合瓷砖幕墙安装。

本实用新型涉及一种瓷砖幕墙安装系统，属于建筑构造领域。
背景技术
随着现代化的高速发展和人们生活条件的提高，人们对建筑物外立面的美观，安全，耐用的要求越来越高。建筑外立面为了达到美观的效果，最长用的就是大理石或玻璃材料，形成了干挂石材幕墙系统及玻璃幕墙系统，二者都有共同的特点：造价高，安装时用龙骨支架，不利于环保，且玻璃幕墙易形成光污染，龙骨支架对外墙保温性能造成负面影响。近年，建筑外装领域出现了干挂大理石瓷砖，干挂人造板等幕墙系统，他们也是采用了龙骨支架，综合造价高是上述这些系统的主要特点，有的系统在安全性，耐久性方面存在不足。为解决这一问题，寻找一种在满足建筑物外立面美观，安全，耐用要求同时，达到造价低，免龙骨支架的一种新型幕墙装饰系统是很有必要的。“瓷砖幕墙安装系统”就是一种能很好解决上述不足，且实现外装高要求的新型幕墙安装系统。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供造价低，免龙骨支架，美观，安全，耐用的一种建筑幕墙安装系统。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
在瓷砖背面设计位置打锥形孔，所述瓷砖背面安装有塑料模壳，所述塑料模壳内部浇筑有豆石钢筋混凝土，所述瓷砖通过安装在所述锥形孔内的金属连接件与所述豆石钢筋混凝土形成整体性牢固的复合瓷砖，所述复合瓷砖的一侧预留有卡槽，金属挂件一端钩住所述卡槽，另一端通过金属螺栓安装固定在锚固于建筑墙体内的锚栓上。
所述锚栓一端通过胶粘、膨胀措施锚固于所述建筑墙体内，另一端通过金属螺栓安装、固定在所述金属挂件上。

具体实施方式
参见图1-9，本实用新型涉及一种瓷砖幕墙安装系统，用专用打孔机，在瓷砖背面设计位置打孔，形成锥形孔(13)。
所述锥形孔(13)内，安装金属连接件(2)，在瓷砖背面安装塑料模壳(12)。
所述塑料模壳(12)内，放置钢筋网片，且与金属连接件(2)连接牢固。在塑料模壳(12)内浇筑豆石混凝土(3)，形成复合瓷砖(4)。
所述复合瓷砖(4)，在安装过程中，先在建筑墙体(11)上打孔，向孔底注入植筋胶(9)，塞进锚栓(6)，将胀塞(10)锤入锚栓(6)尾部，胀开锚栓(6)，以达到锚固于建筑墙体(11)内，复合瓷砖(4)就安装在锚栓(6)上。
所述安装复合瓷砖(4)过程，是用金属挂件(5)一端钩住复合瓷砖的卡槽(7)，另一端通过金属螺栓(8)安装、固定在锚栓(6)上。
所述复合瓷砖(4)安装、固定过程中，利用卡槽(7)的宽度大于金属挂件(5)的宽度调整左右位置；利用金属挂件(5)上微调距离构造(14)和调距螺丝(15)，调整复合瓷砖(4)的上下，前后位置。
所述复合瓷砖(4)位置调整合格后，就完成瓷砖幕墙安装工作。

1.一种瓷砖幕墙安装系统，其特征在于：在瓷砖(1)背面设计位置打锥形孔(13)，所述瓷砖(1)背面安装有塑料模壳(12)，所述塑料模壳(12)内部浇筑有豆石钢筋混凝土(3)，所述瓷砖(1)通过安装在所述锥形孔(13)内的金属连接件(2)与所述豆石钢筋混凝土(3)形成整体性牢固的复合瓷砖(4)，所述复合瓷砖(4)的一侧预留有卡槽(7)，金属挂件(5)一端钩住所述卡槽(7)，另一端通过金属螺栓(8)安装固定在锚固于建筑墙体(11)内的锚栓(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述是一种瓷砖幕墙安装系统，其特征在于所述锚栓(6)一端通过胶粘、膨胀措施锚固于所述建筑墙体(11)内，另一端通过金属螺栓(8)安装、固定在所述金属挂件(5)上。
