本实用新型涉及一种适用于预制装配式建筑结构的方钢管柱全螺栓连接节点。
背景技术
目前,我国正在大力推进传统建筑向工业化建筑转型,而钢结构是预制装配化建筑产品的典型代表。钢结构具备建造速度快、抗震性能好、材料可回收再利用的优势,但是当钢柱采用方钢管柱时,传统的连接方式是现场焊接,由于现场焊接质量不容易控制,且焊接时间较长,还容易引起火灾,从而限制了钢结构施工快的优点。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种方钢管柱全螺栓连接节点,无需焊接,施工现场组装快捷,大大提高了钢结构主体的安装质量和速度。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种方钢管柱全螺栓连接节点,包括方钢管以及焊接在方钢管连接处的十字型柱,十字型柱的底部焊接有底板,底板上和十字型柱的翼缘上设有螺栓孔,两个十字型柱的翼缘通过节点板用螺栓连接,两个底板之间通过螺栓进行连接。
本实用新型采用全螺栓连接,有效提高了钢结构主体的安装质量和速度;全螺栓连接节点尺寸较小,不影响建筑的使用功能;大量工作转移至工厂内完成,现场施工无焊接作业,安全可靠,全螺栓连接方式既保证了钢柱的整体性又提高了结构的抗震性能。

具体实施方式:
结合图1至图3所示,本实用新型提供的一种方钢管柱全螺栓连接节点,包括方钢管4以及焊接在方钢管4连接处的十字型柱5,十字型柱5的底部焊接有底板3,底板3上和十字型柱5的翼缘上设有螺栓孔,两个十字型柱5的翼缘通过节点板2用螺栓1连接,两个底板3之间通过螺栓1进行连接。
本实用新型将十字型柱5与方钢管4以及十字型柱5底部的底板3均在工厂内焊接完成,底板3和十字型柱5的翼缘上的螺栓孔也在工厂内开设完成,施工现场只需通过螺栓1将两个方钢管4进行连接即可,简单快捷。
