背景技术
在工业生产中，维修设备及工装时，经常需要把轴套、衬套类零件从固定座中拆卸下来。当前采用的拆卸方法，通常是使用锤子这类的坚硬金属工具直接砸出。但是，由于轴套、衬套多为青铜、铸铁等材料制成，材质比较软，在砸出过程中很难把握力度，很容易使部件产生断裂、变形损坏，并且不能再次使用，不但不能达到维修的目地，而且还破坏了零部件，造成了损失。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种方便的小型轴套类零件拔出器，以解决现有坚硬金属工具拆卸需要维修设备时，容易使部件产生断裂、变形损坏，造成损失的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：手柄两端有螺纹，手柄一端与涨块螺纹连接，另一端与螺母以螺纹连接，撞锤套在手柄上，并与手柄滑动连接。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，能够简单方便的将小型轴套类零件拔出器，容易制作，方便使用，也避免了对零件造成损坏。

具体实施方式
手柄2两端有螺纹，手柄2一端与涨块1螺纹连接，另一端与螺母4以螺纹连接，撞锤3套在手柄1上，并与手柄1滑动连接。
涨块1、手柄2、撞锤3、螺母4均采用优质碳素结构钢制造，并淬火处理以提高硬度。
本实用新型的工作方式为：将涨块从手柄上旋下，将手柄插入待取出的轴套孔内，选取涨块的外径大于轴套内孔，小于轴套外径，将所选涨块按图示与手柄装配牢固，手握撞锤反复撞击螺母，使轴套从固定座内脱出，将涨块从手柄上旋下，即可将轴套取下，对于不同直径、的轴套、衬套类产品，可以选择不同尺寸的涨块，以满足拆卸、维修工作的需要。
