在烟嘴滤棒1外圆柱面上还设有一个环槽2，所述的环槽2与烟嘴滤棒1同轴，所述的两排成环形分布的穿孔线4分别与环槽2上的左右槽壁相对应。
在水松纸3的外表面上根据卷烟产品的需要绘制有相应图案（图中未视）。
使用方法：
在吸烟时，使用者手指捏住覆盖在环槽上的水松纸上，轻轻转动，这时，这一段水松纸就会沿穿孔线发生断裂与粘在烟嘴滤棒外圆柱面水松纸分离，从而形成可以旋转的纸环，通过旋转这一纸环便可与粘在烟嘴滤棒外圆柱面水松纸上的图案形成变换的组合图案。
