目前，市面上带笔帽的笔都是直接拔下笔帽，然后使用。这样的方式十分不便，笔帽比较容易丢，不能很好的保护笔尖。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种笔帽不易丢失的具有新型笔帽的笔。为此，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
具有新型笔帽的笔，包括笔身和笔帽，其特征在于所述的笔身上开有纵向导槽，所述的笔帽为弹性材料制成的空心锥形体，笔帽前端均分成三瓣，笔帽后端的内壁上设有对应导槽的导块。使用时，将笔帽沿着导槽推到笔身后端，三瓣张开贴于笔身上，进行书写，用毕后，再将笔帽推回笔尖处，三瓣合拢形成锥形体，保护笔尖，由于笔帽始终都在笔身上，不易丢失，能很好的保护笔尖。
本实用新型结构合理，使用方便，操作的简单安全，为使用者提供了新的文具选择。
