本实用新型涉及一种简易的太阳能管桩设备支墩。包括预制细石混凝土垫板,其上放置的PVC管(粗细根据实际自行调节),胶管外围每隔一段距离缠绕一圈铁丝,胶管内浇筑混凝土,混凝土中预埋铁件‑‑‑钢板凳,钢板凳由一小块钢板和四个钢筋爪子焊接而成。本实用新型结构简单,易施工,造价低,拆除方便且不破环屋面,使用时可临时使用,亦可永久使用。

本实用新型属于太阳能技术领域,尤其涉及一种简易的太阳能管桩支墩。
背景技术
随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展,给社会发展带来了沉重的资源负担的同时产生了惊人的环境污染。大力发展绿色建筑,节约能源资源成为我国建筑业的首要任务,而太阳能与建筑一体化技术则是推进绿色建筑的重要举措。
太阳能与建筑一体化是指将太阳能利用设施作为建筑构件与建筑有机结合,做到与建筑协调统一。外观上合理布置太阳能集热器,电池组件,实现太阳能与建筑完美结合;结构上要妥善解决安装问题,如建筑物的承重、防水,太阳能集热器、电池组件抵御强风、暴雪的能力等等。
此太阳能支墩结构简单、造价低而且拆除方便,放在地上不破环地面,放在屋面上不破环屋面防水隔热层。该支墩对于太阳能的安装具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,设计一种结构简单,施工方便,有利于降低放置难度和改善操作条件,有利于安装质量的控制和降低对屋面的破坏程度的太阳能管桩支墩。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种简易的太阳能管桩设备支墩,包括预制细石混凝土垫板,其上放置PVC管(粗细根据实际调节),胶管外围每隔一段距离缠绕一圈铁丝,胶管内浇筑混凝土,混凝土中预埋铁件---钢板凳,钢板凳由一小块钢板和四个钢筋爪子焊接而成。
本实用新型结构简单,现场制作节省时间,造价低,拆除方便且不破环地面或屋面,使用时可临时使用,亦可永久使用,且在外观上可以实现太阳能与建筑物的完美结合,能产生长期经济和社会效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图,一种简易的太阳能管桩设备支墩,包括预制细石混凝土垫板1,在垫板上放置PVC管2(高度可根据实际需求调整),且放置在垫板的正中间,将铁丝3等距离的缠绕在胶管2上,将混凝土4浇筑到胶管2里,浇筑到一定高度时将由小块钢板6和钢筋爪子7组合而成的钢板凳5预埋到里面,然后继续浇筑砼。
这种太阳能管柱设备支墩,制作过程简单且节省时间,造价低,且不破环地面或屋面。

1.一种简易的太阳能管柱设备支墩,其特征在于:预制细石混凝土垫板(1),其上放置可调节粗细的PVC管(2),放置在垫块正中间,胶管外围每隔一段距离缠绕一圈铁丝(3),胶管内浇筑混凝土(4),混凝土(4)中预埋铁件---钢板凳(5),钢板凳(5)由一小块钢板(6)和四个钢筋爪子(7)焊接而成。
