背景技术
在中药材的生产加工过程中，经常需要将根茎类的药材进行烘干处理，以方便运输和储存。药材在烘干处理之前，由于从地里采挖出来时往往带有少量的泥土，必须先进行清洗处理。而现有的药材清洗装置结构不够合理，使用过程中上、下料斗不方便，清洗时间长，洁净度不佳，不能较好的适用于药材的清洗处理。

针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种药材清洗装置，以解决现有的药材清洗装置结构不够合理，使用过程中上、下料斗不方便，清洗时间长，洁净度不佳，不能较好的适用于药材的清洗处理的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是，药材清洗装置，包括底座、盛水桶、清洗转筒和清洗杆，其特征是：底座的上方通过两根支杆铰接在盛水桶的外壁上，盛水桶内转动设有清洗转筒且两者同轴，清洗转筒的下端中央固定设有转轴，转轴穿过盛水桶底面中央内设置的轴承与减速箱相连接，减速箱的动力输入端与驱动电机的动力输出轴相连接；所述盛水桶的上端左右对称开有两个凹槽，两个凹槽之间卡接有一横杆，横杆的下端设有若干清洗橡胶棒；所述清洗转筒的筒壁上开有若干网孔。

在图1中，本实用新型提供的药材清洗装置，包括底座（1）、盛水桶（3）、清洗转筒（4）和清洗杆（8），底座（1）的上方通过两根支杆（2）铰接在盛水桶（3）的外壁上，盛水桶（3）内转动设有清洗转筒（4）且两者同轴，清洗转筒（4）的下端中央固定设有转轴（5），转轴（5）穿过盛水桶（3）底面中央内设置的轴承与减速箱（6）相连接，减速箱（6）的动力输入端与驱动电机（10）的动力输出轴相连接；所述盛水桶（3）的上端左右对称开有两个凹槽，两个凹槽之间卡接有一横杆（7），横杆（7）的下端设有若干清洗橡胶棒（9）；所述清洗转筒（4）的筒壁上开有若干网孔。
