Abstract
本实用新型属于管线快速联结的接头装置。该装置是利用杠杆原理，通过挂钩扳手将插件迅速固定在套件上，将两管件压紧，并通过橡胶圈受压变形而达到密封作用，采用该装置使管件联结、装卸方便迅速，密封效果好。
Description
本实用新型属于管路联结的快速接头装置。国际专利分类F16L。
管路联接常用螺丝快速紧固，这种方法，比较简单、方便，但存在更换时间长，易损坏和联接效果（质量）人为性较大的缺陷、特别对于铸管结晶器冷却水管这种需要频繁更换的工具来讲极不适应。一方面，大量减少了铸铁管生产的有效时间；另一方面，接口质量差，破损快，造成了胶皮管等辅助材料的极大浪费。本发明的目的是提供一种插入式快速管接头，它不但能减轻更换管路的频繁劳动，提高工作效率；还能降低各项工具消耗量。该装置能适用于各种口径的管路接头。
本实用新型的解决方案如附图所示：
该装置由套件（4）与插件（1）两个部分组成，在插件（1）上有一圈燕尾固定槽（7），在套件（4）上装有两个以上的挂钩扳手，挂钩扳手由挂钩（2）和扳杆（3）用销轴（6）联接而成，扳手与套件用销轴（8）联接。联结管路时，将插件（1）插入套件（4）内，挂钩当挂钩（2）钳入燕尾固定槽（7），利用杠杆原理，将扳杆（3）合紧，插件（1）与套件（4）内的橡胶圈（5）接触受挤压变形，形成良好密封条件。本装置用于小管径，液压为1～2MPa时，只需在套件（4）上对称设置两个挂钩扳手；当管件直径大，液压高时，可适当增加挂钩扳手，一般均匀在套件（4）外围设置三个以上的扳手，即可满足液压密封的要求。
本发明的优点是：适用范围大，适用于各种压力管路的临时故障处理、水压试验以及诸如结晶器与冷水联接管路这样使用更换频繁的管路，和有快速联接要求的多种管路的联接。并且有使用寿命长，成本低，工作可靠，效率高、操作方便等优点。

- 本实用新型是一种用于管线快速联接的接头，其特征是在插件(1)上有一燕尾固定槽(7)，在套件(4)上装有两个以上的由挂钩(2)和扳杆(3)用销轴(6)联结而成的挂钩扳手。
