Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种高吸程多级离心水泵的叶轮。它是在D280—43多级离心水泵的基础上,对其首级叶轮的结构做了改进,其效果是在保持原效率不下降的条件下,提高了水泵的吸程1.4m,减小了汽蚀破坏,提高了水泵的使用寿命。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种矿用高吸程多级离心水泵的叶轮。
矿井中普遍使用多级离心水泵,其中单级扬程为43m,吸入口直径为280mm的单吸多级分段离心水泵的使用量占60%以上,但国内现有生产这种水泵的厂家均不能达到机械电子工业部制订的标准,即净吸入压头(NPSHr)=3.3m,功率(ク)=77%。
本实用新型的目的是要提高这种多级离心水泵的吸程,并保持其原有效率,使水泵性能达到机械电子工业部制定的标准。
本实用新型是在上述多级离心水泵的基础上,对这种水泵的首级叶轮的结构做了改进。
图1为高吸程多级离心水泵的首吸叶轮结构。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细描述:
1、增大了多级离心水泵的首级叶轮入口的直径,由原来的DJ=175mm增大为DJ=200~220mm。
2、增大了首级叶轮前盖板曲率半径R,由原来的R=30mm增大为R=35~40mm。由于增大曲率半径R,因而减小了转弯处离心力的影响,使速度均匀。
3、减小了首级叶轮入口处叶片与上盖板交点的间距a,由原来的a=30mm减小为a=20~25mm。
4、增大首级叶轮叶片进口边与轴的倾角α,由原来的α=45°增大为α=50~60°。
本实用新型的实施效果是:
1、提高了吸程1.4m,效率保持在77%~79%之间。
2、防止了过流元件产生汽蚀破坏,提高了水泵的使用寿命。
3、蓄水池可加深1.4m,蓄水量增大,可以延长水泵每次排水间隔,可避开用电高峰,调节平衡用电,节约电能。
4、减小了井下洞室泵房平面积,节约了建设投资。

1、一种高吸程多级离心水泵的叶轮,其特征在于:
(1)首级叶轮入口直径DJ=200~220mm;
(2)首级叶轮前盖板曲率半径R=35~40mm;
(3)首级叶轮入口处叶片与上盖板交点的间距a=20~25mm;
(4)首级叶轮叶片进口边与轴的倾角α=50~60°。
