背景技术
耐火材料生产工艺中，有时候需要把原料中的一些轻小杂质筛选出来。现有的清捡机大都是人工手动清捡机，从下料到鼓风，都需要人工操作，费时费力。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种自动清捡机，通过风机与匀风箱配合，自动筛选出较轻的杂质。
本实用新型提供的自动清捡机，它包括自动给料仓、匀风箱、风机、皮带机，所述匀风箱一侧面为网状入风口，上部为圆筒下料口，所述自动给料仓连接圆筒下料口，所述风机固设在匀风箱网状入风口旁，所述皮带机安装在匀风箱下方，所述匀风箱底面和与网状入风口相对的侧面皆为开口。
本实用新型提供的自动清捡机，其有益效果在于，结构简单，操作方便，清捡杂质效果理想，节省人工劳动力的同时也节省成本。

参照图1，本实施例的自动清捡机，它包括自动给料仓1、匀风箱2、风机3、皮带机4，所述匀风箱2一侧面为网状入风口5，上部为圆筒下料口，所述自动给料仓1连接圆筒下料口，所述风机3固设在匀风箱网状入风口5旁，所述皮带机4安装在匀风箱2下方，所述匀风箱2底面和与网状入风口相对的侧面皆为开口。自动给料仓1通过给料机自动给料,中间穿过匀风箱2,风机3通过网状入风口5把料中的轻小异物吹出去,再落到皮带机4上,通过皮带机4装入包装袋。

1.一种自动清捡机，其特征在于：它包括自动给料仓、匀风箱、风机、皮带机，所述匀风箱一侧面为网状入风口，上部为圆筒下料口，所述自动给料仓连接圆筒下料口，所述风机固设在匀风箱网状入风口旁，所述皮带机安装在匀风箱下方。
