本实用新型适用于涉及船舶领域,具体涉及到港口作业引航艇。提出一种D型护舷,D型护舷固定安装于船舷上,包括支撑架、第一护舷层、第二护舷层及表面涂层,支撑架位于D型护舷的中心位置,支撑架与船舷固定连接,第一护舷层与第二护舷层依次分层粘接固定在支撑架的外围,第一护舷层的密度大于第二护舷层的密度,所述第一护舷层、第二护舷层及表面涂层依次连接呈D型。本实用新型可以实现对船体和引航员上下船的安全保护,并且在大风浪海况下,当船舶发生大倾角横摇时,大护舷浸水后增加船体浮力,提高船舶稳性。

本实用新型适用于涉及船舶领域,具体涉及到港口作业引航艇。
背景技术
目前很多港口接送引航员采用几百吨拖轮,经济性和作业效率较低。采用小型尺寸的铝合金引航艇可以大大提高经济性和快速性。但小型尺寸铝合金引航艇与万吨巨轮靠近接送引航员时,容易发生碰撞,使铝合金船船体受到损伤,在引航员登船及下船时也容易碰伤引航员。现有的护舷普遍采用橡胶护舷或聚氨酯护舷,橡胶护舷整体采用橡胶制成,存在反力大、缓冲能力差等缺点;聚氨酯护舷具有更好的能量吸收性能,和较低的反力性能,但现有技术中普遍采用实心结构,缓冲力不足且与船体的连接强度不够,易发生脱落。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提出了一种为通过合理设计的D型大尺寸护舷,可以对船体实现很好的保护,并增强引航员的登船安全。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:提出一种D型护舷,D型护舷固定安装于船舷上,包括支撑架、第一护舷层、第二护舷层及表面涂层,支撑架位于D型护舷的中心位置,支撑架与船舷固定连接,第一护舷层与第二护舷层依次分层粘接固定在支撑架的外围,第一护舷层的密度大于第二护舷层的密度,所述第一护舷层、第二护舷层及表面涂层依次连接呈D型。
所述支撑架为铝制梯形架。
所述铝制梯形架的表面涂覆有磷化底漆层。
所述第一护舷层及第二护舷层采用闭口式泡沫层。
所述第一护舷层的密度为50Kg/m3-60Kg/m3,第二护舷层的密度为30Kg/m3-45Kg/m3
所述第一护舷层的厚度为20mm-40mm,第二护舷层的厚度小于50mm。
所述表面涂层为聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层的中间厚度为3mm-6mm,上、下部位的厚度为1mm-4mm。
所述D型护舷的直径为100mm-900mm。
本实用新型提供一种内部结构特殊的D型大尺寸护舷,直径最大可达900mm。D型护舷与船体采用分层粘接结构,每层材料密度不同,在与船体接触的最内层,密度最大,外层密度减小,有利于增强护舷的缓冲能力。D型护舷内部设有铝制梯形支撑结构,增加护舷与船体的连接强度。护舷外部采用聚氨酯喷涂技术喷涂聚氨酯表层,聚氨酯表层的缓冲区厚度为3mm-6mm,其他区域1mm-4mm,用来保护内部护舷材料保持完整。本实用新型可以实现对船体和引航员上下船的安全保护,并且在大风浪海况下,当船舶发生大倾角横摇时,大护舷浸水后增加船体浮力,提高船舶稳性。

具体实施方式
以下根据附图对本实用新型进行说明。
如图1所示的D型护舷,D型护舷固定安装于船舷上,包括支撑架4、第一护舷层1、第二护舷层2及表面涂层3,支撑架4位于D型护舷的中心位置,支撑架4与船舷固定连接,第一护舷层1与第二护舷层2依次分层粘接固定在支撑架4的外围,第一护舷层1及第二护舷层采2均采用闭口式泡沫层,第一护舷层1的密度大于第二护舷层2的密度,第一护舷层1的厚度为30mm,密度为60Kg/m3;第二护舷层2的厚度为40mm,密度为45Kg/m3。第一护舷层1、第二护舷层2及表面涂层3依次连接呈D型。表面涂层3为聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层的中间厚度为6mm,上、下部位的厚度为3mm。
应用中,首先将铝合金船体表面进行清洗,去除油污及杂质,在铝板表面涂覆磷化底漆,以增加泡沫护舷与铝板粘接性。采用3M粘接剂将密度为60Kg/m3、厚度为30mm泡沫护舷层粘在铝制梯形架表面;固定粘接牢固后,逐层粘接密度为45Kg/m3泡沫护舷。最后采用专用聚氨酯喷涂工具喷涂表面涂层,表面涂层厚度中间缓冲区为6mm,上、下部位厚度为3mm。

1.D型护舷,D型护舷固定安装于船舷上,其特征在于:包括支撑架、第一护舷层、第二护舷层及表面涂层,支撑架位于D型护舷的中心位置,支撑架与船舷固定连接,第一护舷层与第二护舷层依次分层粘接固定在支撑架的外围,第一护舷层的密度大于第二护舷层的密度,所述第一护舷层、第二护舷层及表面涂层依次连接呈D型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的D型护舷,其特征在于:所述支撑架为铝制梯形架。
3.根据权利要求2所述的D型护舷,其特征在于:所述铝制梯形架的表面涂覆有磷化底漆层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的D型护舷,其特征在于:所述第一护舷层及第二护舷层采用闭口式泡沫层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的D型护舷,其特征在于:所述第一护舷层的密度为50Kg/m3-60Kg/m3,第二护舷层的密度为30Kg/m3-45Kg/m3。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的D型护舷,其特征在于:所述第一护舷层的厚度为20mm-40mm,第二护舷层的厚度小于50mm。
