Abstract
环保型PET-POM光亮膜,涉及一种复合于金属板材或建筑材料上的装饰保护膜,该环保型PET-POM光亮膜,底层塑料膜层、着色层、粘合剂层、印刷层、PET膜层依次层状叠加排布,底层塑料膜层为POM膜。POM塑料是一种没有侧链、高密度、高结晶性的线型聚合物,是具有优异的综合性能的工程塑料;有良好的物理、机械和化学性能,尤其是有优异的耐摩擦性能;环境抵抗性、耐有机溶剂性,耐反覆冲击性强;良好的电气性质;复原性良好,具自已润滑性;耐磨性良好;尺寸安定性优,利用膜的密团性使得金属和空气隔绝起到防腐作用,该膜可以根据需要印刷各种图案和颜色,且表面有多种光泽度,展示各种装饰效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种复合于金属板材或建筑材料上的装饰保护膜,尤其是指一种环保型的PET-POM光亮膜。
背景技术
中国专利CN03220678.X公开了一种PET-PVC高光亮膜,PVC膜上设有着色层,着色层上设有粘合剂,粘合剂上设有珠光层,珠光层上设有图案层,图案层上设有PET膜,PET膜上设有老化层,老化层上设有保护膜,这种光亮膜的基材采用PVC材料,PET-PVC结构中残留的氯乙烯单体被公认为是致癌物,且PVC燃烧时发烟量很大,若焚烧温度低于800℃,塑料之类的含氯垃圾不完全燃烧,极易生成二恶英,污染环境。为符合产业政策中环保的要求,市场需要寻找一些环保、新型、可降解塑料作为PVC的替代品,市场上也相继出现很多以环保材料为基材(底膜)的光亮膜。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种环保的光亮膜,将它覆贴在冷轧薄板、铝板、镀锌板、镀铝锌板、装饰板、建筑材料等材料表面,起装饰保护作用,并能提高原基板的物理及化学性能。主要创新在于基材(底膜)采用POM塑料(聚甲醛树脂)膜。
具体是这样来实施的:环保型PET-POM光亮膜,由底层塑料膜层、着色层、粘合剂层、印刷层、PET膜层依次层状叠加排布,其特征在于底层塑料膜层为POM膜。POM塑料是一种没有侧链、高密度、高结晶性的线型聚合物,对酸碱稳定性较,是具有优异的综合性能的工程塑料;有良好的物理、机械和化学性能,尤其是有优异的耐摩擦性能;环境抵抗性、耐有机溶剂性,耐反覆冲击性强;良好的电气性质;复原性良好,具自已润滑性;耐磨性良好;尺寸安定性优。
作为优选,底层塑料膜层采用POM塑料。
作为优选,POM塑料为聚甲醛树脂。
作为优选,PET膜上设置有一层消光层。形成一种亚光效果。
作为优选,粘结剂层为粘合剂和珠光粉的混合层。
作为优选,光亮膜的最上表面上加设有保护层,确保产品质量更好。
本实用新型产品可以覆合在冷轧薄板、铝板、镀锌板、镀铝锌板、装饰板、建筑材料等材料表面,工艺简单,操作方便,利用膜的密团性使得金属和空气隔绝起到完全防腐作用,该膜可以根据需要印刷各种图案和颜色,且表面有多种光泽度,展示多姿多彩的装饰效果。

实施例1,环保型PET-POM光亮膜,底层为POM膜层1,其上依次层状叠加排布着色层2、粘合剂层3、印刷层4、PET膜层5、保护层6,该光亮膜呈高光效果。
实施例2,环保型PET-POM光亮膜,底层为POM膜层1,其上依次层状叠加排布着色层2、粘合剂层3、印刷层4、PET膜层5、消光层6、保护层7,该光亮膜呈哑光效果。
实施例3,环保型PET-POM光亮膜,底层为POM膜层1,其上依次层状叠加排布着色层2、粘合剂层3、印刷层4、PET膜层5、保护层6,其中粘结剂层3为粘合剂于珠光粉的混合层,该光亮膜呈珠光效果。
实施例4,环保型PET-POM光亮膜,底层为POM膜层1,其上依次层状叠加排布着色层2、粘合剂层3、印刷层4、PET膜层5、消光层6、保护层7,其中粘结剂层3为粘合剂于珠光粉的混合层,该光亮膜呈朦胧光泽的典雅效果。
Claims (1)
1.环保型PET-POM光亮膜,底层塑料膜层、着色层、粘合剂层、印刷层、PET膜层依次层状叠加排布,其特征在于底层塑料膜层为POM膜,底层塑料膜层采用POM塑料,POM塑料为聚甲醛树脂,PET膜上设置有一层消光层,光亮膜的最上表面上加设有保护层。
