本实用新型公开了一种木制工艺品打磨用除尘装置，包括有安装在磨轮轴端两侧的联动夹盘，夹盘内侧沿边缘均匀分布有若干叶片，还包括有罩置在联动夹盘外的圆盘形罩壳，圆盘形罩壳前端设有朝下开口的吸尘口，且磨轮边缘凸出吸尘口，圆盘形罩壳后端下部沿边缘切线方向设有管状出尘口，出尘口上连接有集尘盒。本实用新型结构简单合理，安装使用方便，采用在磨轮两侧设置联动夹盘的设计，能够通过边缘带有叶片的夹盘转动将粉尘吸入，并由后端的出尘口排出至集尘盒，有效的提高了除尘效果，保证了工作环境的清洁，提高了工作效率。

木制工艺品在加工过程中需要对半成品进行打磨处理，现有的打磨设备在打磨过程中容易产生大量粉尘，不易收集清理，且传统的被动式出尘结构除尘效果不佳，粉尘不易被引导，粉尘较大时不利于工作人员的打磨操作，清理不够方便，影响工作效率。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种木制工艺品打磨用除尘装置，以解决现有技术中打磨设备在打磨过程中容易产生大量粉尘，不易收集清理，且传统的被动式出尘结构除尘效果不佳，粉尘不易被引导，粉尘较大时不利于工作人员的打磨操作，清理不够方便，影响工作效率的问题。

如图1所示，一种木制工艺品打磨用除尘装置，包括有安装在磨轮1轴端两侧的联动夹盘2，夹盘2内侧沿边缘均匀分布有若干叶片3，还包括有罩置在联动夹盘2外的圆盘形罩壳4，圆盘形罩壳4前端设有朝下开口的吸尘口5，且磨轮1边缘凸出吸尘口5，圆盘形罩壳4后端下部沿边缘切线方向设有管状出尘口6，出尘口6上连接有集尘盒7。
圆盘形罩壳4采用透明亚克力材料制成。

1.一种木制工艺品打磨用除尘装置，其特征在于：包括有安装在磨轮轴端两侧的联动夹盘，所述夹盘内侧沿边缘均匀分布有若干叶片，还包括有罩置在联动夹盘外的圆盘形罩壳，所述圆盘形罩壳前端设有朝下开口的吸尘口，且磨轮边缘凸出吸尘口，所述圆盘形罩壳后端下部沿边缘切线方向设有管状出尘口，所述出尘口上连接有集尘盒。
