一种长杆墙面打磨机的吸尘装置，包括有电机、锥齿轮组、前叉（16）、机壳（15）、头壳（11）和手持管（18），电机的输出轴通过锥齿轮组带动中间轴（7）转动，头壳（11）下方设有上风叶罩（9）和下风叶罩（6），上风叶罩（9）和下风叶罩（6）围成的密封风叶室内设有风叶（8），风叶（8）安装在中间轴（7）上；下风叶罩（6）的下方设有底盘（5），底盘（5）上开有与风叶室连通的通孔，中间轴（7）通过齿轮组（4）与打磨盘（1）的输出轴（3）连接，输出轴（3）延伸至底盘（5）内，与底盘（5）内的打磨盘（1）固接；手持管（18）呈中空结构，与风叶室通过吸尘管（17）连通。在打磨的同时吸尘，无需另外增加吸尘器，既节约了成本，又给工人操作带来许多的方便。

本发明涉及一种打磨机， 属于电动工具砂磨类领域。
背景技术
现有的打磨机， 自身不具有吸尘功能， 在工作时必须由一个体积 巨大的外接吸尘器吸出，这样既增加了成本，也给工人操作带来不便。 发明内容
为了克服现有打磨机存在的上述不足， 本发明提供了一种打磨机 的吸尘装置， 自身具有吸尘功能， 既节约了成本， 又给工人操作带来 许多的方便。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的具体技术方案为：
一种长杆墙面打磨机的吸尘装置，包括有电机、锥齿轮组、前叉、 机壳、头壳和手持管， 所述电机的输出轴通过锥齿轮组带动中间轴转 动， 所述头壳下方设有上风叶罩和下风叶罩， 所述上风叶罩和下风叶 罩围成的密封风叶室内设有风叶， 所述风叶安装在所述中间轴上； 所 述下风叶罩的下方设有底盘，所述底盘上开有与所述风叶室连通的通 孔， 所述中间轴通过齿轮组与打磨盘的输出轴连接， 所述输出轴延伸 至底盘内， 与底盘内的打磨盘固接； 所述手持管呈中空结构， 与风叶 室通过吸尘管连通。
所述吸尘管位于前叉的下方。
因此， 本发明具有下述有益效果： 同一电机通过齿轮组传动既 可以带动打磨盘工作， 又能带动风叶工作， 当风叶高速运转时， 就可 将打磨盘带动砂纸磨削墙面所产生的灰尘， 通过底盘上的通孔， 将灰 尘吸入风叶室中， 从而由出尘口将灰尘经由吸尘管和手持管排出， 打 磨的同时吸尘， 无需另外增加吸尘器， 既节约了成本， 又给工人操作 带来许多的方便； 结构简单、 制作成本低、 使用效果好。 附图说明

1、 一种长杆墙面打磨机的吸尘装置， 包括有电机、 锥齿轮组、 前叉、机壳、 头壳和手持管， 所述电机的输出轴通过锥齿轮组带动中 间轴转动， 其特征在于： 所述头壳下方设有上风叶罩和下风叶罩， 所 述上风叶罩和下风叶罩围成的密封风叶室内设有风叶，所述风叶安装 在所述中间轴上；
所述下风叶罩的下方设有底盘，所述底盘上开有与所述风叶室连 通的通孔， 所述中间轴通过齿轮组与打磨盘的输出轴连接， 所述输出 轴延伸至底盘内， 与底盘内的打磨盘固接；
所述手持管呈中空结构， 与风叶室通过吸尘管连通。
